Nick still seemed dazed. A punch from David was quickly dodged, getting him back into the game.
David punches at nick, who lightened his body to dodge. Nick in turn sent a strike lf his own. But like last time, it went through one portal, and out another. Right back into his face.
Nick had to devise a new plan. 'Are his portals instant? or was i too predictable?'
That instant he seemed to teleport, moving extremely quickly. Almost nobody in the class Able to match it.
He lightened his body and moved so fast that only the mysterious men in robotic suits seemed to be able to keep up easily.
David was having trouble keeping up. Nick kept getting out of his field of vision. He turned his head again to where he assumed David was, only to find nothing.
If he wasn't in his line of sight…

A portal was erected, at his back yet it seemed like a hole that did nothing. Nick punched through it, hitting David in the back.He tumbled over, rolling for a bit before getting back up.
His head was spinning a bit, and he was seriously going to have to rest this off. As he tried to ignore the searing pain in his back, he wondered if Nick had figured it out.
'This is a flaw in my ability. I can't just erect one portal.I have to have a point A and a point B for two portals. He just moving so fast that I can only make point A before getting hit.'

Nick got closer, still speeding. However, David was devising a plan. Placing one portal ar the edge of the arena, and kept looking.
Nick had no idea what he was doing. He made a few feints before going for the punch. That very instant, Ace castes a portal that engulfs his body,
Sending him to the edge.
As he went crashing into the side of the arena, ace took note. "It seems he's reaching his limit."
Nelson took a look as well. Nick was sweating, panting and his hand was bleeding from punching the dome that incased them.
"You're beginning to gas him out, but what will you do next?"
Nick was panting heavily. Burning up his stamina was no good, now he was paying the price.
David slowly walked up to Nick,though internally, a big headache was brewing.
It took extreme focus placing portals in certain spots, as simple as he made it seem.
Nick pushed off the wall that he had left a crack in. The image in the area a punched got distorted, further evidence that this place was not real.
Nick no longer ran, slowly walking over to try and end this. As they got closer, Nick took a step that cracked the floor he stood on, sending a punch that David barely dodged.
David responded in kind, sending a punch of his own. As his hand connected, it felt like hitting a wall. He gritted his teeth as another punch was sent his way.
As it whipped past his head, he felt all the air rush past him. If he got hit with that, he could kiss everything goodbye.
'This bastard simply upped his density as much as possible. He doesn't plan on getting out of the way, just steamrolling through everything. What a Dumbass.'
Ace watched everything and was beginning it worry. 'I thought he had this in the bag. Now I'm getting stressed.' Then a sudden calm washed over him.
'Oh who am I kidding. The moment David gets hit again, fury will be getting a densely packed meal.' He wasn't going to tolerate another incident like Alex.
Nick swung a fist, not caring what would happen. Surprisingly, a fist didn't come back at him. However the moment he tried to pull out his hand out, the portal shrunk.
He wanted to pull it out, but it was small enough to encase his wrist, his entire hand was a different story.
"Do you still think me a germ? Be honest, how far did you think this charade would get you?"
David's eyes were bloodshot. At this point He began saying his words more aggressively.
He tried to throw his other one but it got trapped the same way. "You…" a scowl covered his face.
"Let's not waste time." He still had a promise to fulfill. David placed a hand on Nicks chest.
'Once I get rid of you…we can go back to focusing on getting out of here. I'll make sure to clean up a mistake like you before this happens next time.'
A portal is a rift in space itself. Should these close, his hands would be gone. What would happen of you spawn on directly on top of someone?
Just as David was about to find out, One of the men in robotic suits came up behind him, delivering a punch to the back of his head, knocking him out cold.

Outside the dome, Mr Erwin was even more so. Though this affliction seemed to go away quick enough. "The Abilities, the mindset.

Other investors were there as well and were cheering on what seemed like successfully triad soldiers in the making.

As David lost consciousness. He saw Nicks shocked face as well as someone else.
