Chapter 1 - Second Life

By the time Adil turned six, everyone around him had begun to notice that he was different.

Not in a strange way, but in a way that made people pause and wonder. While other children spent their afternoons chasing kites and playing marbles, Adil divided his time carefully. He still laughed and played with the neighborhood children, but once evening arrived, he transformed into an entirely different person.

Books became his companions.

His father often returned home after a long day at work and found his son reading quietly in a corner. Sometimes it was history, sometimes science, and occasionally it was a dictionary. At first, he had assumed Adil merely enjoyed books, but after hearing the boy explain things beyond his age, even he was left speechless.

One evening, his father smiled and asked, "Do you ever get tired of reading?"

Adil looked up from his book and grinned.

"Do you get tired of eating, Papa?"

His father burst into laughter.

"No."

"Then I don't get tired of learning."

The answer left him shaking his head with amusement.

"Where do you come up with these things?"

Adil merely smiled.

He couldn't explain that his mind held memories from another life. He couldn't tell them that he had wasted twenty-seven years once before and that he intended to waste nothing this time.

The Dream Achievement System remained silent most of the time. It never handed him rewards or magical abilities. Instead, it helped him learn faster and organize his training efficiently.

Whenever he practiced mathematics, concepts became easier to understand. Whenever he read books, information stayed inside his memory permanently. It was almost as if his mind had become a perfectly organized library.

His mother often worried.

"Adil, go outside and play. You're always reading."

And Adil would obediently close his books and spend time with friends, because he understood something many adults didn't.

Dreams were important.

But family was precious.

He never wanted to become so obsessed with success that he forgot to enjoy life.

At the age of seven, his mother enrolled him in dance classes after seeing him imitate actors on television.

The instructor, an elderly man who had trained students for decades, expected another impatient child who would quit after a week.

Instead, he found himself staring at a miracle.

Adil listened to every instruction carefully. His movements weren't perfect at first, but his dedication amazed everyone.

While other children complained about sore feet, Adil practiced until sweat soaked his clothes.

The old instructor once shook his head in disbelief.

"I've never seen such discipline in a child."

The system helped him learn quickly, but it couldn't replace effort.

And Adil gave everything.

By the age of eight, he had already mastered the basics of classical dance and began studying modern styles through films and television programs.

At the same time, another passion entered his life.

Martial arts.

His father had initially opposed the idea.

"Won't he get hurt?" he asked worriedly.

But his mother smiled.

"He's stubborn. He won't give up."

And she was right.

Adil threw himself into training with endless enthusiasm. Karate became his first love, followed by Judo and Taekwondo. His instructors quickly realized that beneath his cheerful personality lay an iron will.

He wasn't interested in fighting.

He simply wanted to push himself to his limits.

His enhanced physical potential, granted by the system, allowed his body to develop exceptionally well. Though still young, he possessed remarkable balance, flexibility, and endurance.

Yet despite his talents, Adil never became arrogant.

He remembered his previous life too clearly.

He remembered what loneliness felt like.

He remembered what failure felt like.

And so he treated everyone kindly.

At school, he helped classmates with their studies. Teachers adored him, and neighbors often remarked that he was mature beyond his years.

His mother would sometimes sigh proudly.

"He's too good. I hope he stays this way when he grows up."

His father laughed.

"If he becomes half as successful as he dreams, we'll already be blessed."

One Sunday evening, while the family watched television together, an old Bollywood movie appeared on the screen.

Young Adil sat silently, completely absorbed.

His eyes followed every expression, every movement, every line of dialogue.

His father noticed.

"You really love movies, don't you?"

Adil nodded.

"I do."

"What do you love so much about them?"

For a moment, the boy remained silent.

Then he spoke softly.

"They make people happy."

His father smiled.

"And?"

"They make people laugh."

"And?"

"They make people cry."

His father nodded.

"And?"

Adil's eyes sparkled.

"They make people dream."

The room fell silent.

His mother and father exchanged glances.

Then his father gently patted his shoulder.

"So, you still want to become an actor?"

Adil smiled.

"No."

His parents blinked.

"No?"

The boy stood up dramatically and spread his arms wide.

"I want to become the biggest actor in the world."

His mother laughed so hard that tears formed in her eyes.

His father pointed at him.

"Listen to him! The biggest actor in the world!"

Adil joined them in laughter, but inside his heart, he wasn't joking.

He meant every word.

Because he knew what awaited the future.

He knew how cinema would change.

He knew which industries would rise.

And more importantly, he had time.

Years of preparation.

Years to train.

Years to improve himself.

He wasn't in a hurry.

A weak foundation created weak dreams.

He wanted a foundation that no one could shake.

That night, after everyone had gone to sleep, Adil sat near the window and gazed at the moon.

A gentle breeze entered through the curtains.

The city around him was quiet.

He closed his eyes and remembered the lonely orphan who had died in 2027.

That man had dreamed of fame.

But fame alone wasn't enough.

In this life, Adil wanted something greater.

He wanted a family.

Friends.

Success.

Love.

Memories.

He wanted to live without regrets.

And above all else, he wanted to stand on stage one day, look back at his journey, and say proudly—

"I did it."

Far away, beyond the sleeping city, destiny continued to move silently.

And without anyone realizing it, the foundation of a future legend was being built, one day at a time.
