I took a deep breath, feeling lighter than ever. The Gem of Truth felt cool and reassuring in my hand, and I knew that from now on, deception would be impossible against me.
"That was... intense," Aiko said, shaking her head and laughing. "Fighting myself? I never want to do that again. I am way too scary."
I grinned. "You were pretty scary. But we made it through. We accepted ourselves. And that makes us stronger."
Hana jumped onto my shoulder, purring loudly. She seemed to agree. She licked my cheek, as if confirming that I was indeed the best version of me.
"Well," I said, looking out at the millions of doors floating in the starry void. "Where to next? We have harmony, we have truth... what's missing?"
My eyes were immediately drawn to a door that was glowing with an intense, warm radiance. It wasn't made of wood or metal. It looked like it was forged in the heart of a sun, carved from amber and gold, with patterns that looked like dancing flames. It radiated heat, but it wasn't burning. It felt comforting, like sitting next to a fireplace on a cold night.
"That one," I pointed. "It feels... warm. Happy."

"Minna-san," I said, holding up the camera so they could see the beautiful door. "We just finished facing ourselves in the Mirror World. Now... it looks like we're going somewhere fun. Somewhere bright."
I reached out and grabbed the golden handle. It was warm to the touch.
"Let's go!"
The moment we pushed the door open, we weren't thrown or fallen. We walked down a red carpet that appeared out of light.
When I opened my eyes, I literally had to shield them because of how bright it was.
"WHOA!"
We were standing in the middle of a massive, endless city. But this wasn't a city of stone or steel. This was a city of Fire and Light.
Buildings were shaped like giant torches and lanterns, burning with colorful flames—blue, green, purple, gold. The streets were paved with glowing embers that were warm but not hot to step on. The sky above was a beautiful sunset color, orange and pink, and floating in the air were millions of lanterns, balloons, and fireworks that exploded silently in beautiful shapes.
And the people!
Everywhere we looked, there were people. They weren't hiding or scared. They were dancing, singing, laughing, and eating. They had skin that glowed slightly, hair made of flickering flames, and clothes made of silk and light.
"It's..." I breathed out, spinning around. "It's a party! It looks like the whole world is celebrating something!"

"That sounds amazing," Aiko laughed, as a group of fire people ran past us, throwing colorful confetti made of sparkles. "It's so happy here!"
Hana was loving it too. She jumped down and started chasing the floating sparks, her tail flicking back and forth.
But as we walked deeper into the city, following the crowd towards the main square, I noticed something.
The further we went, the dimmer the lights became. The music, which was loud and joyful, started to sound slower. Sadder.
And in the center of the city, where a massive tower of flame should have been burning the brightest, there was... darkness.
A large black dome covered the center. It was sucking the heat and light out of the air around it.
"Wait," I stopped. "Something is wrong. Why is the center dark?"
"I don't know," Aiko frowned, walking closer. "But it feels cold. Really cold. The opposite of everything here."
We pushed through the crowd, who were looking sadly towards the center. They wanted to celebrate, but they couldn't. The heart of their world was broken.

We reached the edge of the dark dome. I reached out my hand and touched it. It was freezing. It felt like touching absolute zero. It was trying to extinguish the fire of this world forever.
"Who did this?" I whispered.
Suddenly, the dome cracked open. And from within, a figure emerged.
It was a man. He was wearing white and blue armor that looked like ice and snow. His hair was white, and his eyes were cold blue. He was floating in the air, looking down at us with disdain.
"Foolish creatures," his voice boomed, echoing coldly. "You burn too bright. You waste energy. You consume and consume until there is nothing left. I... am General Frost. And I have come to bring silence. To bring the Eternal Winter."
"Frost?!" I stepped forward, shocked. "But this is the World of Fire! This is who they are! You can't just take that away!"
"I can and I will," Frost sneered. "Heat is chaos. Cold is order. I will freeze this world solid. I will freeze all the realms! Nothing will ever change again! Nothing will ever burn again!"

"Guardian?" Frost laughed, a cold, sharp sound. "You think you control elements? Child, I am the master of stagnation. Watch!"
He raised his hand, and a wave of freezing air blasted out. The beautiful flames around us instantly turned blue and died. The happy people gasped as their light dimmed. The celebration stopped.
"No!" I ran forward. "Don't take their light!"
I opened my bag and summoned the Primordial Emblem.
"Heat! Return!"
I pushed out a wave of warm, golden energy. The flames that were dying instantly reignited, burning brighter than before. The ice melted instantly.
"What?!" Frost's eyes widened. "How can you counter my absolute zero?!"
"Because fire isn't just destruction," I shouted back. "Fire is life! It's warmth! It's hope! And you can never kill hope!"
The battle began.
Frost summoned giant blizzards and spears of ice that could pierce mountains. I countered them with walls of flame and heat waves that turned everything to steam.
But Frost was strong. He was an ancient general, maybe from a realm we hadn't even met yet. He pushed me back, freezing the ground.
"You are stubborn," Frost growled, creating a giant ice dragon. "Then die!"
He threw the dragon at me.
I didn't block. I remembered what I had. I had the Gem of Truth. I had the Harmony Gem. I had all the elements.
Combine!
I didn't just use fire. I mixed fire with wind to make it spread. I mixed fire with water to create steam that obscured vision. I mixed fire with earth to make it burn steady and strong.
And then... I used the music.
DUM DUM TSSS!
I clapped my hands, creating a rhythm. And with that rhythm, the fire danced. It moved like a living thing, twisting and turning, shattering the ice dragon into millions of pieces.
"Impossible!" Frost stumbled back, terrified. "This power... it's not natural!"
"It is natural!" I flew up into the air, surrounded by an aura of rainbow fire. "It's the power of everyone who wants to be happy!"
I raised my hand high above my head.
"BURNING SUN!"
A giant ball of pure white fire formed above me. It looked like a second sun. It was so bright it lit up the entire realm, chasing away every shadow and every cold spot.
"NOOOOOO!" Frost screamed, trying to shield himself.
The sun dropped.
BOOM!
It didn't explode violently. It just washed over everything like a warm hug. The ice armor Frost was wearing melted away gently. The dark dome shattered into light. The coldness vanished completely.
Frost fell down, landing on the ground, looking up at me in awe and defeat.
"I... I just wanted order," he whispered. "I didn't want things to break..."
"I know," I said softly, landing in front of him. "But order doesn't mean freezing everything. It means balance. You can have structure and still be warm. Still be alive."
I reached out my hand to him.
"Join us? Or go in peace? But please... don't hurt these worlds anymore."
Frost looked at my hand, then at the people of Ignis who were starting to cheer and celebrate again, their lights returning brighter than ever. He sighed, a small smile touching his lips.
"You... you are interesting, boy," he said. "Very well. I will retreat. For now. But we will meet again."
He created a small portal and stepped through, vanishing.
The danger was over.
The city erupted in joy.
The music turned loud and happy again. Fireworks exploded in the sky. The people rushed towards us, cheering and bowing. They lifted me up and carried me on their shoulders, celebrating their savior.
From the center of the city, the Core awakened. It was a gem made of pure, controlled flame. It floated down to me.
'The Heart of Blaze,' the voice echoed. 'With this, you shall never feel cold, and you shall never be left in the dark.'
I took the gem. It was warm, perfect, and complete.

"Yeah," I laughed, looking at the five gems I now possessed. "We are getting so strong. And we've seen so many amazing things."
I looked at the camera.
"Minna-san, we saved the Festival World! And now we have the power of Fire! There is still so much more to see, so many more doors to open!"
"Next time... who knows what we'll find!"
