Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: Savage World

Godzilla advanced a bit further and saw a massive sinkhole appear before him.

It was a gigantic pit, hundreds of meters in diameter and seemingly bottomless!

Within the giant pit, there were also many monsters that had just crawled out from the bottom.

As soon as these monsters crawled out, they ran frantically in the direction away from Godzilla, as if they had seen a ghost, fearing they would be too slow.

Their desperate flight left Godzilla somewhat dumbfounded.

He had encountered many Creaturess, but it was his first time seeing Creaturess like these, who fled at the mere sight of him.

Even the Xenomorphs would attack first, stubbornly, and only retreat after realizing they were no match.

Godzilla even speculated that if he hadn't changed his location and devoured the genes of an unknown Creatures, one day all the Xenomorphs on the entire planet would have come to besiege him.

This made Godzilla even more curious about the world on the other side.

It seemed that world was likely in a primitive era, and had not developed a civilization like humans.

This made Godzilla a little excited.

He hoped that world would not disappoint him.

Godzilla lowered his head slightly and saw a crack at the bottom of the deep pit.

A crack that was continuously spewing out thick fog.

At this moment, perhaps because of Godzilla's arrival, the Creaturess on the other side of the crack sensed danger and dared not continue to pour into the crack.

If Godzilla guessed correctly, Creaturess within a considerable range on the other side of the crack were all fleeing.

The crack looked even larger than Godzilla had imagined.

It seemed he could pass through it.

But Godzilla did not do so.

Because he dared not casually enter such an unstable passage.

Compared to this, he still trusted the passage he opened himself more!

After seeing the crack with his own Eyes, Godzilla had already captured the coordinates of the world on the opposite side.

With his power, he could naturally cross over easily.

The energy consumption would even be less.

After all, the two worlds already had a connection.

Godzilla did not cross over to the opposite world from here, but instead moved more than ten kilometers away from the crack before choosing to cross.

After all, if he were affected by the power of that crack, he would be in big trouble!

Whoosh ~

What greeted Godzilla's Eyes was a dense jungle.

All around were towering trees, hundreds of meters high!

The tallest among them even exceeded Godzilla's height by half a head.

Such tall trees were rare, let alone an entire forest of them!

Crack crack ~

Godzilla's appearance was like suddenly breaking into this world.

The trees around Godzilla then snapped one after another, belatedly, startling the unknown birds nesting in this forest into flight.

Godzilla keenly noticed that those birds were all enormous.

Although much smaller than Godzilla himself, compared to the birds in Godzilla's world, they were countless times larger.

And those birds might not even be the largest birds in this world!

Roar!

Just then, an angry roar reached Godzilla's ears.

As the trees collapsed, the owner of the sound also appeared before Godzilla's Eyes.

It was a monster with multiple pairs of limbs, a triangular head, and a mouth full of sharp teeth gleaming with cold light, looking like some kind of magnified insect.

And this unknown monster, upon seeing Godzilla with its three pairs of triangular Eyes, let out a strange cry and immediately turned to flee at several times the speed it had arrived!

Although a large body does not necessarily mean a monster is powerful, a large monster is certainly not weak!

The monster that appeared before Godzilla was less than half his height, probably around fifty meters at most.

No wonder it fled as soon as it saw Godzilla.

If it didn't run, was it waiting to be eaten?

But how could Godzilla let it leave just like that?

Godzilla's chest and back skin glowed with an eerie blue light, then a beam of light erupted from his mouth, hitting the fleeing monster squarely!

The monster, which hadn't even run a few kilometers, was instantly struck in the torso by the Atomic Breath and burned in half in an instant!

Around it, countless trees were ignited by the Atomic Breath.

Flames began to spread everywhere.

Godzilla had no intention of putting out the fire; besides, he couldn't do it anyway.

He took heavy steps and approached the monster that had been cut in half by the Atomic Breath.

Finding that the monster hadn't yet died, Godzilla stomped his foot to put it out of its misery.

This was the first monster Godzilla encountered upon arriving in this world, and he didn't know its status in this world.

But he figured it shouldn't be weak.

Godzilla's radar showed that the monster from earlier was already the largest Creatures in the vicinity.

It seemed this area must have been its territory.

And to have a not-so-small territory in this jungle, without strong power, was impossible.

Godzilla glanced at the corpse on the ground, took a bite, then threw it back down.

Then he randomly chose a direction to proceed.

Godzilla no longer needed to consume food to survive; the reason he evolved a digestive system was merely to collect the genes of other Creaturess.

It was a bit of a shame that he couldn't process those corpses; they had no taste at all, which took away a lot of the fun.

Godzilla's weight was at least several hundred thousand tons, and the sounds he made when walking caused countless birds and beasts to flee in panic.

However, when a prey that Godzilla had set his Eyes on appeared and tried to escape, a precise Atomic Breath would pierce it through.

Thus, Godzilla walked out of this immeasurably vast jungle and saw a grassland!

Along the way, Godzilla devoured the corpses of many monsters, including various bizarre land beasts.

There were also slightly larger birds.

Although those birds were somewhat far away, Godzilla still locked onto them with his radar, and a single Atomic Breath brought them down.

However, Godzilla's hunting was not always smooth sailing.

It wasn't that Godzilla encountered any tricky enemies, but rather that some of the monsters Godzilla killed were simply too far away, and by the time Godzilla arrived, they had already been carried off by other Creaturess.

The dense trees in the jungle prevented Godzilla from accurately gauging situations that were too far away.

This made Godzilla quite angry.

Although killing those prey didn't cost him much effort, he couldn't let other Creaturess freeload!

So Godzilla spent a little time adjusting his Atomic Breath.

He increased the radiation dose carried by the Atomic Breath several times over!

Although this meant the DNA in the bodies of the prey killed this way would be broken due to radiation, and the obtained corpses would just be a pile of rotten flesh, completely useless.

But those Creaturess that carried off those corpses would not have an easy time of it.
