Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: Embryo

When Godzilla appeared on the surface of the sea, his form, originally more adapted to water, had already transformed into his Land form.

After emerging from the water, Godzilla's wings on his back fully extended, resembling a pair of demonic wings!

His originally enormous wings, which together measured a thousand meters, were nothing more than an insignificant black speck in the vast, boundless blue ocean.

Godzilla controlled his wings, making them flap.

Instantly, the sea surface violently churned, as if a storm had erupted!

As time passed, the sea became increasingly turbulent, and Godzilla also left the surface, even flying more than thirty meters above it.

But just as Godzilla intended to press on and fly even higher, he felt his body become somewhat unstable, and the muscles in his back began to ache.

Godzilla looked back at his violently flapping wings, a hint of unwillingness flashing in his eyes.

However unwilling he might be, Godzilla knew that the wings he had created this time were not yet capable of truly allowing him to fly.

Godzilla could only control his wings to stand upright, like towering pillars piercing the sky, and then allowed himself to fall into the sea, creating waves over a hundred meters high!

It was fortunate that Godzilla was currently in the middle of the deep sea. If he had been near a human City, his action of flapping his wings and then falling into the water would have been enough to cause unimaginable disaster to any coastal City.

The wings Godzilla created this time were not the problem; rather, the muscles in his back could not support the intense movement of the wings.

If he wanted to truly fly, he would likely need more developed muscles.

But in that case, it would undoubtedly drastically change Godzilla's appearance, perhaps even forcing his two forelimbs to shrink, making him look incongruous.

Godzilla thought about it and ultimately decided against having wings.

Thus, Godzilla returned to the deep sea and allowed his wings to degenerate.

For a short period, Godzilla would not be creating wings again.

Returning to the ocean, Godzilla resumed his routine of searching other worlds, pausing when his energy was overly depleted.

However, this time, Godzilla did not put all his energy into searching other worlds; instead, he allocated a portion for his own growth.

In the previous world, Godzilla had stayed for over half a year.

This half-year allowed Godzilla's height to increase by more than ten meters, reaching over one hundred thirty meters, and his weight also increased by several tens of thousands of tons.

The Fusion Reactor within Godzilla's chest also grew larger, and its energy output was greater than before.

For now, Godzilla would not be short on energy for a short period and would not need to seek other energy sources.

After all, the Fusion Reactor could grow with Godzilla's size, preventing the awkward situation where the reactor's output power remained constant.

And a larger reactor meant that Godzilla's Atomic Breath would be more powerful and last longer!

If Godzilla wasn't aware that he shouldn't rush his growth, he would have wanted to instantly grow his size to a thousand meters. Then, with one blast of his Atomic Breath, he'd see who could withstand it!

What Godzilla didn't know was that his experiment with his wings, his brief appearance on the sea surface for mere minutes, had been captured by satellites!

Normally, although Various countries' satellites monitored the Earth's surface, they wouldn't constantly fixate on the sea surface.

But who made Godzilla disappear into the sea in the end?

Therefore, Various countries had never relaxed their monitoring of the sea surface.

They feared that one day, Godzilla might appear in their own territory if they weren't careful.

Even if they knew, they wouldn't have any solutions.

During those brief minutes when Godzilla appeared, the weather happened not to be too bad, exposing Godzilla to the sun.

And it was this short video, lasting only a few minutes, that caused a huge stir across the entire world!

Because Godzilla could fly!

This was something that had never happened before.

Although Godzilla had only appeared once before—what this represented was not ordinary!

Godzilla, he was evolving!

From an original marine Creatures, he evolved into a Land Creatures, and now, he was attempting to evolve wings.

How long had it been?

But what made the Scientists even more curious was why Godzilla would evolve wings.

Because it simply wasn't scientific!

Although Godzilla could evolve rapidly, he couldn't just evolve out of nowhere; something must have stimulated Godzilla before this, causing him to evolve wings!

But the problem was, they racked their brains and couldn't figure out what could possibly threaten Godzilla enough to make him want to evolve wings.

The only thing that brought them some relief was that, judging from the video of Godzilla, the evolution apparently hadn't been successful.

But if it wasn't successful this time, what about next time?

Who could guarantee that Godzilla's next evolution wouldn't succeed?

Subsequently, Various countries' arrangements regarding Godzilla, although not completely overturned, were largely redone.

After all, they needed to consider the possibility that Godzilla might not Land from the sea but descend directly from the sky.

And between these two possibilities, it was hard to say which would result in less loss.

Because they had no targeted solutions in the short term!

And Godzilla himself was unaware of all this.

He was bored at the bottom of the sea and came up with an idea to pass the time.

Having devoured the power of the alien ancestor, Godzilla was now able to create his own "offspring" through special means.

Godzilla himself possessed the genes of almost all Creaturess in this world, and he had also acquired the genes of most species from another world.

With such a diverse gene pool, Godzilla, feeling an itch, decided to create a few monsters to play with.

After all, he had the ability, and it would pass the time, so why not do it?

Then, Godzilla selected a relatively flat spot at the bottom of the sea and used his Atomic Breath to dig a circular pit.

This pit wasn't very deep, only about a thousand meters, but its diameter was roughly ten thousand meters.

Godzilla descended to the bottom of this pit, first selecting some cells, choosing his desired genes from within his body, then modifying them, and finally separating those cells, which Godzilla then dropped to the bottom of the pit.

These cells themselves possessed the ability of Godzilla's own G-cells, capable of undergoing a series of complex reactions through water and air to produce nuclear energy.

Godzilla didn't know what those cells would grow into as they consumed nuclear energy and matured.

It was precisely because of this that Godzilla was very much looking forward to the growth of these embryos.

However, the oxygen in Godzilla's current location didn't seem to be very abundant, causing the embryos to develop somewhat slowly.

But it didn't matter; as long as Godzilla lay down there, the radiation emitted from his body would be enough for them to grow.
