They arrived at Seoul city shortly and got into a cab to head to Haerin's.
Ariyana was restless the entire trip. She was hyperactive.
Nayeon thought on how much time she spent out of town, thinking that she would come back that same day, she unexpectedly spent two. Telling Dohyun that she was unwell may be an inaccurate excuse, since she showed no sighs of it when she went to work the last time. She had to come clean.
"Aunt Nayeon!" Ariyana called.
"Yes, Ariyana?" Nayeon replied.
"Are we almost there?" She asked.
"Soon." Nayeon replied.
They got to the apartment and both Nayeon and Minju carried their luggages into the apartment. Nayeon took the keys from under the mattress and opened the door.
They settled in soon, and Nayeon got something for Ariyana to eat. Minju and Nayeon plopped unto the couch and Haerin suddenly came in.
"Oh my gosh, Minju!" Haerin ran to hug her.
"Haerin! How have you been?" Minju asked.
"I'm fine. But how did you get here? When did you get here?" Haerin was flustered in surprise.
"I decided to start a new life." Minju looked at Nayeon.
"I see. Where is Ariyana?" Haerin looked around for her.
"She is my room, eating." Nayeon said.
"Okay. How was the surgery? Nayeon has been gone for two days." Haerin asked.
"It was thankfully successful by a donor anonymous to me, but accustomed to Nayeon." Minju spoke.
"Who was that, Nayeon?" Haerin asked her directly.
"You won't believe it. But it was Leah Kim, Dohyun fiancée!" Nayeon spoke.
"No way, why would she pay for Ariyana's surgery and how does she even know her?" Haerin asked.
"Who is Leah Kim?" Minju was confused.
"My the fiancée of my boss." Nayeon said.
"Also, Nayeon's sworn enemy." Haerin laughed.
"Okay. So maybe she did it because she wants to show a form remorse to you, Nayeon?" Minju suggested.
"That self-centered girl? Remorseful? You don't even know her, Minju." Nayeon said.
"Let's talk about this some other time. I want to see Ariyana." Haerin said.
"You'll say we should talk about it some other time, yet you never bring it up again." Nayeon said annoyed.
"Please, let me rest. And make yourself at home Minju." Haerin went into Nayeon's room to see Ariyana after saying that.
