Skin's flesh looked quite unusual and different. After being burnt alive, her body felt much sensitive than before. Her foreskin was char and underneath that char is even more char.
Her childhood self couldn't understand what is happening to her. This pain is such a surreal experience that she felt like she would die. But she didn't die even after being burnt alive. Why is that? Why did she never die?
Well, that is because she loved herself. That kept her alive. Her blessing kept her alive.
Her parents weren't happy with that though. Why won't she die? This isn't a human. It is a monster that should be killed. And so, they did more terrible things to her so that the cursed creature could die and leave their daughter's body. The Chosen has taken hold of her childhood self and they want it gone.
It doesn't matter if her body is torn in the process. There is light at the end of the tunnel and when the body dies a new life will be born. A sinned soul will be born out of it.
However, there is a superstition that if you torture the Chosen. Then after its death the ordinary human will be born again. With that hope in mind, her parents kept on torturing her.
But every attempt of theirs only brings pain and unease in Skin's mind. And of course, she never died. Her blessing was potent and will heal her from their half-hearted attempt.
Even though they wanted to kill the Chosen. It still pained them to torture someone like her. A creature who had the face of their daughter.
Skin wasn't aware of it. She listened to their words and did as she was told in hopes of getting loved by her parents. Her mind was set on that 'After pain, there is love'.
Time passed and that mind set of hers broke. Every night she spent all alone in the dark being nailed on the ground. Night times made her sad. She can't even dream as a restless Chosen doesn't dream.
She ate leftovers that her parents gave them. They were bitter. Were they poisoned? Maybe.
Then in the day time, she was tortured in various ways. She didn't understand much but she remembers the pain. Only pain that ended in the night and then she was alone again.
This went on for years. She craved love. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVELOVE
Why doesn't she get to have love? What has she done to deserve this? She is innocent, isn't she? She is. That is why she didn't do anything and kept on suffering through.
But one day, her parents stopped coming to take her to torture. They stopped feeding her leftovers and they stopped visiting her.
What happened? Did something happen to them? Did a sinned soul attack them or did something horrible happen? This concern was enough for her to break her chains and run towards them.
She broke through them quite easily. Her love is much strong than any chains. Her love is powerful and it will protect her and her parents.
She ran and reached her home. She admired the place again. Back then, when her parents didn't know that she was a Chosen, she ran through here and there. It was an enjoyable time.
But now, that place has an oddity. A sound that is of crying.
She walks towards the sounds and finally reaches the location. She saw a crib and inside of that crib lays an innocent newborn. That newborn was watched by a creature that looked quite disturbing.
Skin's flesh is missing from many places. Her bones are visible in many places and her face looked like a monster. She isn't an innocent child. She is an abomination, a Chosen.
"You stole them from me."
Her mind can't comprehend what she was saying or feeling. That time is still burred to her. But now, cause of the Cursed dark Crown. She remembers every gruesome detail. She killed it. She killed the thing that stole her parents.
She killed that made them hate her. Now she will be loved again.
Then her parents came, they saw a horrifying creature that killed their newborn child. The saw them and smiled. Skin was happy. So much happy to finally have them.
She lungs at them for a hug. But they ran away from her. Anyone who would she her will run away from her. But that didn't stop her from getting the love she wanted.
She torn their limbs off and hugged them with joy and love. They were finally with them. She was happy and her parents.
Her parents were screaming in pain
Skin's eardrums were punched so she had difficult hearing anything. It also takes time for them to heal with her blessing.
Her blessing is quite limiting. She can heal other and herself too if there is love. But if there is doubt in her mind. She can't heal herself and others. That is why she can't heal herself in the future. But because she forces her love onto others.
Her love heal can prevent her from dying and take almost severe injuries that are impossible to survive. But she still can't fully use that blessing. That is because there is still a missing memory that is preventing her from doing that.
This is that memory.
As she is hugging her parents. Her blessing's output increases and her body heal a little fast. Soon, her eardrums were working again.
Then she heard the scream of agony that belonged to her parents. She can't understand what was happening again. Shouldn't they love her? She killed the one who prevented her from being loved.
Then why?
There screams were horrifying and so she broke their jaws. And hugged them again. She was afraid. What can she do? What is she doing? Someone please tell her what is happening? What is happening?
Her parents also get the boon of her blessing. That they healed again and again. So, she had to torn their bodies again and again.
'Love.'
Her mind broke and she can't understand why and what is she even doing anymore. She did everything just for love, so why is this so painful?
"Mom, dad…I love you. You love me too, right?"
All she heard in response is pain. Then the newborn that she killed turned in a sinned soul and attacked. She hated that thing. It has to be all this thing's fault.
She had to go through so much pain because of it. She will kill it again and be done with it forever.
The sinned soul is small and fragile. So, she bitten down on it and bit off chunks from its body. She did it again and again until nothing left of its body.
During that time, her parents screaming has stopped.
'They love me. I knew it. I just had to kill this thing.'
She torn off the last piece of the newborn sinned soul and it has finally died. She is hurt by it a lot. But she loves herself so her body is…no, it isn't healing much.
However, it is fine as long as her parents are with her. She hugs their body that is a bloody mess and feel so heart beat or any kind of life.
Even if her healing is strong, their Will isn't strong enough to survive being torn apart again and again by their own daughter. Or a monster. They probably didn't even recognize her.
They died and so did her love. Skin killed them cruelly. because of this incident she stopped loving herself and she stopped blaming that newborn child for her pain.
At the end of it, she understood that she is to blame for everything. She hates herself.
Perhaps, she deserved to suffer. But she still craved for love and so she killed and killed endlessly. Finally, she reached hell and lived there.
In hell, she had almost forgotten everything about her sins. She forgot her past and pain. Her mind blocked these memories and she became the Chosen she is now.
But now, she has remembered them again. It is painful and she can't understand again what is happening. Why is this happening to her? She just wanted to be loved and love someone back.
Then why won't someone love her?

Man-man runs through corpses of the sinned souls. Skin has killed each and every sinned soul that was present in here. Even in this closed environment, she adapted and killed these creatures.
Her strength isn't just brute strength. She is clever and calculative when it comes to killing. Man-man determines that defeating her means knowing how she operates and then outsmarting her combat style.
Skin is a monster that can be stopped with pure brute strength. But that strength needs to be astronomical like the knight.
Man-man can't even be compared with that sinned soul. He had always concluded that fighting her is a death sentence.
So, when he entered the odd room that the scream came from. He understood that the time has come to fight the death sentence.
He observes Skin who is crying the tears of blood. Her body looks quite weak and fragile but that is just outside. He can tell that she is even more wild and violent than usual.
Her also hears her repeating about not killing someone. That was enough to tell, Man-man this is not going to be easy.
Finally, Skin's eyes set on him
"You love me….Right?"
Man-man tightens his grip on the sword and get ready to fight.
"TELL ME THAT YOU LOVE ME…"
Skin jumps at him with her polearm and so, Man-man swing his sword back at her.
