"I can't believe you forgot where you parked," Nathan said to Mark as they walked down the road.
Cars sped past them. The sun was scorching and they felt lightheaded.
"Hey, sweet things. Do you guys need a ride?" A vehicle pulled up and a girl popped out of the sunroof and asked.
They ignored her and kept walking.
"Don't be shy. I don't bite," the girl said and giggled.
She was in a white crop top and a cowboy hat. Nathan walked for a while and stopped. He turned to see that the car was still following them.
Mark sighed and walked to the car and Nathan was right behind him. A sweat bead ran down Nathan's neck.
He wiped it with his hand. In the car were two other girls in the back and a male in the driver's seat and another in the passenger's seat.
The car was an SUV, and joining them made the backseat crowded. One of the girls frowned when they went into the car.
She shifted from Nathan, as if he had the flu. He did not mind her reaction, he was just happy to be out of the sun.
He sat quietly as the air conditioner dried the sweat off his skin. He opened his eyes to see the others struggling.
The girl with her head through the sunroof pulls the other girl up. Mark sat down comfortably and the girl sat on him.
"How old are you?" Mark asked and they all laughed.
"Older than we look," the girl who invited them said and sat on Nathan's lap.
"I'm Jenny," the girl on Nathan said then pointed at the girl on Mark and the other girl respectively.
"That's Monica and Christine," she added.
"I am Martin and that is Bill," the driver said.
Nathan's heart spiked as they drove further away from civilization. He checked his waistband and his gun was there. This calmed him down.
"I see someone is getting all excited," Jenny said and twirled. She tried to reach down Nathan's pants.
He tried to stop her but she pulled out his gun.
"Wow, what do we have here?" Jenny said waving the gun around.
Nathan tried to get his gun back but she kept moving it around.
"Kiss me and I'll give it back to you," Jenny said to Nathan.
He leaned in to kiss her and she put a finger to his lips.
"Not like this," she said.
She was about to hand him the gun when Christine snatched it.
"Are you stupid? You invite a stranger into the car and find he has a gun. Now you want to give it to him?" Christine said.
"It is not unusual. This is America, almost everyone has or carries a gun," Jenny explained.
"Where are we exactly?" Mark asked.
"We are on the I-90," Martin answered.
"South Dakota?" Mark asked.
"Are you kidding?" Martin asked and Mark shook his head.
"No, Wisconsin," Martin said and Mark and Nathan looked at each other. They took a dirt road and pulled over in the woods. There were other car alrealy parked there.
Martin parked and they got out. From a distance, music vibrated the trees.
"Guys, help us" Bill said from behind the car. Mark and Nathan walked to the back to see the beer kegs. Ice chest and other stuff.
They helped Bill and Martin carry the stuff deep into the woods. They saw people partying from afar.
They cheered immediately when they noticed them.
"Sweet you brought guns, we can shoot some cans," a young man said and snatched the pistol from Christine.
