In Eden the Central Government Committee or CGC handed the proceeding of seized assets to the Provincial State Agency (PSA) backed with the support of the local established police agencies. All of the seized assets were then counted and distributed among officials to be recorded and filed. They also took whatever ledgers they could find to locate other assets that is or could be associated with those current assets they have seized.
After phase two was done phase three of the CGC started where they assisted the local television and cyber network to facilitate an accounting to their narrative of how and why it has happened. In all aspects they falsified all corresponding narrative and course of actions to the public.
In a secure location inside the CGG a man dressed in a gray suit walked its halls and entered a secured location that was heavily guarded. Upon entering there was a hustle and bustle of people focus on their work. A woman In a lab coat walked towards him before inviting him to the most inner part of the lab.
There the security tightened more, the perimeter a maze, guards in every corner, sensors, cameras then more mazes and more security. Arriving in the last corridor there was a clear class which overlooked a state of the art lab that used the most latest cutting edge technology available in the world.
"What are the results?" The man in a gray suit asked
"Everything is inconstant, everything we have tried could not break the chemical lock" The woman went into computer and brought up the specifics of their result.
"How is this possible?" The man looked at the data and grimace
" We did manage to reverse engineer Gray fire and Hollow eve< the procedure for those two were not hard but...Yellow ash and Copper bells..." The woman let the sentence hang.
"The elements on Yellow ash and Copper bells are not in the periodic table and the complicated some elements on the chemical locks are mind bending" She flipped through the files in, clicking on the reports.
"These can revolutionize the industry if we can find the source, have we found the source of these substances?"
"The rats has scattered, the few information I manage to get was the source came from a young man"
Looking at the files the man grimace on the finding, they have to find the source , he was ordered by his superiors as a handler to handle the problem.
"Give me the file" The man handed a USB to the woman
While that was happening Erwin was walking into the barracks, he was led to an office in the back of the barracks with Rudolf. Erwin and Rudolf sat down and Carter stood at the corner while his associates left to inform whoever was in charge of the barracks.
Not a few minutes later the door opened with two woman in military uniform, she walked towards Carter and the two talk with some simple pleasantries before Carter handed her a bag. She opened it and smiled, nodding at Carter.
Carter then walked towards Erwin, telling him everything was set and he would wait outside for him. The man left soon after with his associates , leaving Erwin and Rudolf with the soldiers.
Sitting down on the opposite side of the table where Erwin and Rudolf sat , the woman introduced herself.
"Hello I'm Captain Elizabeth and This beside me is my aid First lieutenant Clarabel.
Erwin sitting up introduced himself and Rudolf all the while extending his hand for a handshake.
"How many I help comrade?" said Captain Elizabeth upon shaking Erwin's hand.
Erwin learned a some valuable lesson from the country of Karl, He realized that the game he was playing was a far more complicated game than the game where you just pressed a button or used imaginary techniques. He started with a realistic proposal about what he wanted to do, localized standard dealing in small territory backed by the her and her people and in turn he would split the profits with them 70/30. The profits split is seventy to Erwin and thirty for her and her people, he also asked if they could supply him with local substances where before he just took items out of the game.He wanted to first convert the local substances into something better before slowly realizing a much better product that he could get from the game.
He also asked if the her people needed anything, Erwin realized he needed solid backing and what better than the backing of the government.
Captain Elizabeth listened to Erwin intent , after finishing she said something in her language to her aid Clarabel.
The aid nodded and left, the group waited for a moment before she came back with a paper. She handed the paper to Captain Elizabeth. The captain read it for awhile the spoke to Erwin, she wanted 60/40. Sixty for her and her people and forty for Erwin, she explained that she would have to find an area for him and his people and also find the product he might need. They would also provide arms ,security , information, and transportation if he needed any of those, but the money also have to be upfront.
She also implied that Erwin will have to find his own people for distribution within his area, Erwin nodded and inside took a breather and agreed to the terms. The terms were not bad it is actually pretty good. The Golden Isle is a third world country , everyone is looking for opportunities he can also get manpower.
Erwin decided he would slowly blend in his manpower from the game with the local manpower so he can balance the ratio of people that is working with him. The talk slowly came to a close, and Erwin had to pay another four million rubes in cash for the goods and the things that needed, to be done like arms for security ,the drugs and territory.
Captain Elizabeth stood and with her her aid and told Erwin that she will scout and acquire a small territory where he could operate, in the meantime she will acquire everything that Erwin might need with the funds he left with her.
The shook hands and parted , when Erwin exited the building he found Carter and his associates waiting for him. Erwin upon arriving in his place of resident asked if Carter can come back when everything is acquired. Carter happily agreed and then bade farewell leaving with his associates, when Carter left Erwin and his men had a meeting about the structure and whatever their organization might need.
Two weeks later a soldier arrived and took him to his new base of operations, The place called Barrio's end and is in the slums and not to far away from his house. The soldier handed him a map and told him where he can and cannot operate. The barrio was neither big or small, there were two hundred houses there with about three thousand residents.
When the soldier left he checked the house it was neither big or small and in the back there was a large underground storage where his goods were located. He counted the amount a few automatic weapons, some small arms weapons and some melee weapons such as machete and combat knives.
Erwin headed deeper in the storage there he found the drugs , all were wrapped but not labeled. There was a few hundred kilos ,He soon called him men and equipped them then they began to cut and unwrapped the substances. That day they took stock of everything, Ten automatic weapons, thirty small arms and thirty kilo of goods.
The goods he got was not Gray smok and or Hollow trees, it was Blue ice , Black bean and Sun Maze.
*Blue ice - is a product that contained amphetamine and other synthetic chemicals that process incredible amount of dopamine and chemicals to the brain and body.
* Black bean - is a by product of opioids that is chemically process and altered giving the body a numbing high.
*Sun Maze - is a psychedelic drug that induced the brain and flooding the brain with alternative L chemicals that causes surreal hallucinations.
After everything was labeled they were all separated , Erwin with a plan in mind took the Enig_C from his game inventory. The Enig_C is a machine that can separate and attached new chemical binary in an atomic level thus creating a new product. All you have to do is put the product in one of the container and then the computer would process it to reads its component. The machine would come up with a solution how to improve the substances by altering its very chemical fabric.
Erwin's plan was to sell the current product then slowly introduce the product that Enig_C produce , thus creating a stable market for his produce but that was afterwards, leaving the storage he was met by one of his men. Carter has arrived with his men and were waiting in the house, Erwin nodded and entered the house where Carter was waiting.
The two men talked in a quick and mild manner as Erwin explained why he needed him to come today was that he needed Carter to spread the word in that barrio that Erwin needed manpower and if Carter has any people he can recommend. Erwin would pay him for his services of course because Erwin knew he needed to spend money to make money. Carter happily accepted the task and told Erwin in a couple of days expect some people to come.
Erwin was slowly going to build his power after what has happened in the country of Karl, he lost everything. He would sometimes though of Bryant , Sasha , and Emilia. He didn't want the same thing to happen to him here, he knew he got lucky escaping that country.
Carter used his connections in the street of Barrio's end and while the word was spreading Erwin used the following days Using the Enig_C he converted some of the substances into a more profound substance that is a much more better degree than what it was before.
When Carter came back, he had about two dozen people with him, Erwin didn't care if they were men or women they were willing to work for him. There were also some children, Carter explained that the children can be used as a lookout for rivals or anything. Erwin nodded he was not used to using children as lookouts but if it works in this society so be it.
Erwin happily paid Carter , Carter gave him a card and told him to call him in this number if he needed anymore help. It seems that Erwin has manage to gain this mans trust for him to give him his number. Erwin realize that trust was a hard thing to get in this line of business, After Carter left Erwin told Darby to organize and explain the group. Erwin stood at the side while Darby explained and Erwin listened with intent, they would workout on commissions. For every product they sell they would get twenty percent of the profits, they would be protected by Rudolf and Lucas with their people as long as they stayed in the perimeter of their territory. Rudolf as the protection would be in the end of the corner while they sold the products and Lucas would work with the Children as lookouts.
He knew this was just the beginning and in the grand scheme of things it will just get better the more he learned, the more he knew the better him and his people would be.
Soon the group were handed their goods and each one separated heading towards their own destination.
