Erwin was looking at the reports that he got , his business expanded in a decent pace. After expanding into more neighborhoods and owning more blocks around the city he decided to stop and focus more and stabilize his current foundation. He at the moment did not want to intrude accidentally into someones territory. Captain Elizabeth men told him that his current territory is as far as he can expand at the moment as the surrounding area are controlled by other forces.
For the moment he will gather intelligence on those groups that is controlling those areas , specially the one that's closest to him and the most dangerous. Erwin called Lucas and Rudolf, he ordered Lucas to gather intelligence and gave him some funds he will need for that operation then ordered Rudolf to increase vigilance and security. Erwin knew that even at that he can only contain his products for a little while before someone started looking into who those product belong .
Erwin is playing it safe for a moment,he did plan to lay low all the while but he also needed power and influence. After the two left Erwin called Darby in and they talked about the next state of affairs that might be needed to be done, Erwin though what was the next big business in a third world country and Darby gave him three.
He though about Darby's answers, prostitution , gambling and smuggling. Erwin though it for a moment before deciding that he will venture into prostitution. It was safe bet , those women can also be used as a source to gather information , lookout and drugs that he currently have can be integrated into the business.
There were some scattered small whore houses around Erwin's territory, but he planned to open his own brothel , a slightly more upscale venture. Erwin planned to open them on the edges of his territory before going inwards towards him.
A few days later after some negotiations, Darby acquired two decent properties after looking around. He acquired a small former motel that closed down and a small theater that they can convert with a little work.
Erwin planned to turn the motel into a brothel while he planned to turn the small theater into a club and brothel since it was big enough to to accommodate both. Darby was in charge of finding the manpower , renovators and contractors that will work on the buildings.
Three weeks later the renovation was finished, Erwin inspected the motel and Theater if they were up to standard. He was pleased the motel can accommodate twenty five people , while the Theater can accommodate thirty five patrons not including the people that would be working there.
Tommy arrived at the house where he and the others have been coming to for the last couple of weeks. There the products were distributed, Erwin put a rotation on where the distribution would happen and where after the work was finished where they would get paid.
The system slowly became elaborate through the weeks where more and more people joined , as when the new products got released the people's pay actually increased. They were getting paid more on their daily participation that two weeks worth of work.
Today as they waited a tall lean man with glasses ,brown suit with clear cut brown hair came out, it was Darby the man that they have seen plenty of times butt this time he started asking them questions if they knew anyone that can work in a motel and a club. The group was confused at first until Darby explained that they needed manpower for services rendered and they finally got it. Darby explained to them that he needed female but of age, he needed muscle for security, look outs outside and inside the building. Darby continued to explain what each building needed and the process on how it will work.
Some of them will also be stationed in the motel or the club and will be selling their product to the customers. Darby also explained the cut, twenty five will go to the women and five percent for security and workers and the dealers will still work on commission.
Tommy didn't know why the boss was doing this, prostitution was not as lucrative he though as selling product. After Darby explained he let the words " You will be paid two thousand five hundred din for everyone that you recruit."
"Also if they come I will pay them two thousand din for showing up"
That caught everyone's attention as two thousand five hundred din was three weeks worth of work.
Darby then left and his men began distributing the goods to the group, after Tommy got his goods he went into his corner and started making phone calls and not just that he started networking his customers if they knew anyone that could work.
Everyday when the group gathered , Darby will be there asking about the recruitment and people would report on who they recruited. Darby made a note of them and told them what else is missing with the recruitment.
Three weeks later the group gathered , with them were the people they have recruited. Darby looked with satisfaction and paid those who have recited their dues. He then began separating the new people who would work where then paid them their two thousand din.
Tommy manage to recruit four girls that would work the floor and two men who will be security and he was handsomely paid. He was also sent to the motel with a guy name Erman , they will operate in the motel as street pharmacist. They were given two new additional product that the man handing it to them told them to sell it to the customers of the motel, saying it can boost performance.
The motel operated with thirty three girls, ten security, two dealers , and five regular worker that will manage the front and clean up. The club almost operated the same way except they have a bar for alcohol and a stage dancing girls that can be acquired if taken fancy too.
Before going to meet Erwin, Darby sent people to the streets to spread the word about the new business.
Upon arriving into the motel, Tommy stood outside one of the rooms he was assigned to. He waited for some time until a woman brought a guy with her.

He decided he's going to recruit from the game but also get some local people that knows these streets and wont be afraid to spread a little love.
