The first decade of development

In these 10 years she had heavily influenced the culture of Amazon Lily, forcing it to change. If a Portuguese would see this country at the moment, then he would never believe that one day it used to be part of their colony. Things that were considered taboo, in European countries, were a part of people's daily life in Amazon Lily. From food to clothes to food and all the way to religion, nothing was the same as it was 10 years ago.
By finishing the influence of Portugal, Hancock had achieved true freedom by individualising Amazon Lily.
Education was the second most important part. In this decade she had promoted and invested heavily on communal education. Educating an entire community with basic knowledge that made the lifestyle of people very different from the other countries in the 19th century. Things like basic sanitary, mathematics, science, sociology and ethics were mandatory for every citizen to learn. And those who showed exceptional talent in the field of science and mathematics were promoted to study for the universities. By making people educated all across the country, Hancock had invested in long terms. While in the first 8 years there were no visible effects of this move, in the next 2 years, the difference became clear.
Population was the most important aspect. She had added and deleted many rules to increase population. Human resources is the most important part if the country wants to grow in the future. At first Hancock had thought that by bringing the rules like legality of nudity and public sex, it would be easy to promote sex and increase population. But in the first year it became clear that things like public nudity had only negative effects on society. When sexual violence increased, Hancock had to re-considered things. That's how public nudity was banned. There were places like adult nude beaches where people could go nude. But except for those places, public nudity became a taboo. Later many new rules and regulations were added. In the end when people became more educated, public sex was allowed again with many conditions attached to it. For example, only clothed sex was allowed in public places.
Finally there was nationalism. The concept of nationalism was not important for the general population in the 19th century. People were more busy just surviving. But when the quality of life improved, Hancock added it to the basic education. People need to understand that it was only their Nation that was providing them with so much facilities. Like it was the duty of their Nation to protect them, it was their duty to stay loyal to their Nation.
