A holiday of the horny Princess
Boa Hancock might not be an emperor level character in one piece, but she was definitely a strong character who could use the rare conquer's haki.
And Hancock in the world of Marvel who was not much different either. She had her strength and pride. She also was an omega level mutant. But she rarely used her powers. In fact the last time she had fought seriously was during her training in India.
There were mainly two reasons behind it. First, Hancock didn't want to get into pointless trouble when things could be done in another way. Second, she liked to do everything, efficiently.
These were also the main reasons why she had not returned to her homeland, America after finishing her training. While the world was supposed to be based on the MCU, in none of the Marvel universes, mutants were treated fairly. It was the main reason why she had worked to establish a country of her own. And when her personal charm and beauty could solve most of the problems, then why use unnecessary power to flaunt yourself?
Amazon Lily was not a democracy. Here she was the Queen and her words are final. She had no intention of introducing politicians into her country. That's why her entire country was run by administrative officers under her.
Of course there was a parliament and a round table. But in the parliament there were no ministers. Only the head of different departments, judges and scholars. The parliament itself didn't have any power to make any new rule. The only thing they could do was discuss various problems and propose their solution. All of these problems and solutions will then be reviewed by the members of the round table.
Every member in the round table was a loyal dog of Hancock with a good head on their shoulder. Those men and women argue about different problems and their solutions. And then pass forward their final solution to the Princess. Ultimately without her approval nothing could move in Amazon Lilly. Obviously if Hancock herself wants to do something then she could directly order it to be done. But Hancock usually didn't like to make a big deal out of every small thing. So unless it is a development project or a critical problem for the country, she usually never uses her powers as the princess.
3 decades have passed since the independence of the Amazon Lily. In three decades, the country has changed a lot in every field. While it cannot be considered as a giant superpower which could influence global politics, it has become one of the most advanced countries when it comes to the lifestyle of common people. Hancock couldn't reach every single citizen in Amazon Lily. But those who could be reached did not go hungry or did not sleep in clay cottages anymore. While the country still depended on the United States for firearms, its military is strong enough to challenge the military of any other single country in the world due to the secret bio weapons they possess. But Hancock did not flaunt about it in front of the others. Especially when she was trying to represent Amazon Lily as a neutral and peace loving country which focuses on human healthcare and medicine.
Of course not everything was smooth in the last three decades. There was one major incident that had forced Hancock to dirty her hands herself. There was an uprising of hardcore Christian believers, who opposed the established culture of Amazon Lily. The number of people involved in this uprising was not many. Barely a couple of thousands. But they were extremely violent and did not hesitate to attack and even kill common people.
It was a headache. Especially when Hancock found out that they have been trying to contact Christian Nations overseas to help them overthrow Hancock. She was really baffled when she figured out that no one was influencing their leader. The man was just a serial killer who had escaped from the new Brazil and was using some dissatisfied people to plan an entire coup dé ta. Hancock was extremely livid. She couldn't even directly crush them as it would draw unnecessary attention from the recently freed new Brazil and ultimately Portugal. So she had staged an entire play where "Jesus" came to earth himself to punish the fake Christians. The show of artificially created miracles had solved the problem. And now, she had thousands of broken statues eating dust in her farmhouse.
Apart from that problem, she had not faced any internal or external problem in Amazon Lily.
Currently the Princess of Amazon Lilly, was enjoying her day off in her palace in Rusukaina, far away from the hustle and bustle of Boa. Her pet snake Salome was digesting her food beneath her ass, working as her pleasure chair, near the swimming pool.
Hancock had found her during one of her exploration trips to the Amazon rainforest. Back then it was injured and little. Hancock adopted her, raised her and trained her to be her pleasure chair whenever she wanted. It wasn't easy. She didn't know the language of snakes. But with precise control of the conqueror's haki, training Salome was possible.
Hancock had created her own harem. Capable men, who could satisfy her sexual needs. But being the princess of a country made her very busy. So it wasn't possible for her to bring those men with her to every occasion. In those cases Salome became her relief partner.
Exactly like how she was doing it at the moment.

"Princess…" Hancock's relaxing moments were interrupted by one of her attendants. The man stood at a distance holding what looked like a sealed letter in his hands. Unlike Hancock, who was completely naked, the man was in his uniform with his erection showing through his skirt.
"Bring it here." Hancock ordered the man.
The man walked forward with even steps before he stopped a couple of feet away from the snake. He bowed forward and extended his hand handing you the letter to Hancock. Salome, whose tail was inside Hancock, took the letter in her mouth and handed it forward to Hancock.
As the attendant retreated, Hancock tore open the letter. It was in Portuguese. It was an invitation from New Brazil, to attend the official crowning ceremony of Dom Pedro II. Looking at the date, Hancock understood why it was sent all the way to Rusukaina instead of waiting for her in Boa.
