lara's pov~
Something was wrong. It felt so wrong being here with her, being out of the mansion, and just seeing her and yet, she couldn't help but grab onto the questions that fleeted past her mind's eye.
Who was she? What was going on? And what the hell was wrong with her heart? Why did it ache so much?
She was going to stay in her room after having her lunch, however the flowers had bloomed so beautifully this season. She had seen them wave and shuttle at her from her opened window. It was a beautiful sight. It made her sure again that she was indeed in the most beautiful paradise. She decided a stroll wasn't going to hurt much. After all she was still within the estate's grounds. And she knew the twins had tightened the security measures even though she'd told them there was no need to. She didn't have to worry about another Darcen badging in to take her away.
However she had never met this lady before, she looked just as her maybe a few years older. She wasn't part of their staff, she was sure of that. Her face didn't match that of any staff she knew. And yet she couldn't help the creepy feeling that clawed at her heart. Familiarity. It was scary how she felt so hazed, a dizzy spell wrapping her in it's embrace. It whispered things she couldn't understand, made her picture scenes she'd never seen and couldn't comprehend. What the hell was going on.
Before she could stop the stranger, she had engulfed her in a familiar bear like embrace. It shocked her even more when she didn't reject the warmth, her body responding before she could control it to stop. And although it had all felt wrong before, now, somehow, she felt so right, her embrace so good, so missed, so comfortable, so, so familiar. What was going.
"Sniff~Lala I'm so sorry ~"
Lala...lala...
Lala stop! Lara stop interfering and just stay at home! Lara! Why do you always have to play the good daughter! Lara, I came back, I brought your favourite, guess what it is. Rice pudding!
The force she used to push the stranger away was justified as an equally savage headache had clamped her head. Dusty, wicked hands rested atop her head, they swirled and toyed with her sight, she was going to faint, she was.. What were those flashes of scenes? They felt so familiar, the way they swiped in and out her head. Memories? Were they her lost memories? But she's never seen this lady nor had she ever been in the dumps of Kantama and surely she had never been called Lara. Her memories, but why Lara. And who was this woman again?
