Episode 4 – The First Spark of Trust
In the morning, the monster woke up next to the centaur.
When he looked up, the centaur was still there, smiling.
The monster looked silently with a slight surprise, admiration and anxiety in his eyes.
At that moment, a small spark formed: the monster was now starting to trust a little more.
But he still had his old habits; he still retreated when he was afraid, he tended to hurt the centaur.
Centaur knew that.
Each time he waited patiently, showed his light and let him deal with the darkness.
Slowly, the monster felt that he could heal, but he was still afraid.
Centaur thought quietly:
"Like moon flowers... secretive, delicate but powerful. There is hope even in the dark."
And the centaur was no longer just a healer, but a guide, a light and a home to him.
