Episode 2 – Meeting the Night and the Sea
In the evening, the centaur took the monster to the seaside.
The night surrounded them like a heavy cover with its silence.
The moon was leaving a pale light in the sky, the waves hitting the sands, creating a calm rhythm.
Centaur stood silently, taught him to look at the monster.
"Feel it," he said quietly, "in the silence, in the waves, in the light of the night..."
The monster was scared. The night, silence and the unknown scared him.
But for a moment, a spark passed through it.
A small piece of darkness inside him softened next to the centaur.
But the fear was still strong. With a sudden movement, he damaged the centaur and retreated.
Centaur just took a deep breath.
"Slow down... everything is slow," he said.
The monster bowed its head, fear and curiosity mixed together in his eyes.
