The Night passed uneventfully, the dreamscape uneventful, the dream of being submerged in a calming lake like always bring the only dream he has had, since forever.
When morning came Avro ate the left over cooked boar meat and left the cave, looking out at the sun with as much joy as a child handed a book about nuclear fusion, while happy about being handed something he was confused about the topic and thus didn't know what feelings to feel.
After a trip to the river and drinking water and cleaning his hands and face to wake up, the cold river water waking him up nearly completely, he started exploring his surroundings, observing everything, whether it was nearby tracks, the fauna, and even terrain. He found some fun stuff.
There was a herd of 10 deer with a deer wreathed in fire that didn't seem to burn the ground for whatever reason, about 65 feet down a hill east from the cave. A field of what seems to be pure white flowers, 20 feet from his cave west, what the flowers were eluded him as even willing the observe and trying to pump mana into his eyes nothing worked, they just showed .
40 feet north from the cave there was a rock like alligator occupying a marsh, definitely a must kill. The south was the way to the river. Which he saw many many different creatures come and go to drink, it seemed to be the only safe place in the whole primordial forest with how he saw the deer and wolves drinking at nearly 5 feet from each other, still guarded but still drinking together.
With that discovery and his interest in his surroundings complete, he started stockpiling twigs in the cave. Mainly so he wouldn't have to gather a lot too much. By the time he was done he had a small pile of close to 90.
He also gained a skill.

By the time he finished gathering the twigs and investigating it was noon, time to go hunting for lunch and dinner, along with tomorrows breakfast.
