From noon onwards Avra spent his time looking for tracks of anything, still unsure of what the ecosystem had completely.
He found tracks of creatures too big to be normal animals from the planet before the fall, and tracks too separated and… odd to be normal animals.
He continues searching until he found an animal he could take on with preparation. A Hawk the size of a fridge layed on its back.its wingspan was quite wide too, it seemed injured and unable to fly with one of its wings being bent wrongly.
When he appeared near the nest of the bird, it squared its chest an screeched. It was trying its best to defend its home with its injured body, why it was defending its home only time will tell.
When the Hawk swooped to the floor spread its wing and screeched again in an attempt to ward off Avra. It didn't work.
Avra charged at the hawk rearing back his fist to punch towards the hawk which it dodged with a subtle grace of sorts by hopping to the side… and then flopping to the floor due to landing unevenly.
Avra watched the hawk reright itself, watching with a subtle interest as the hawk stared at him, unable to attack him from the air, the hunt was ruined for the lack of adrenaline that should've been there for a fight. So Avra just sat there, and watched the hawk as it watched him.
Slowly he felt a kindred feeling to it, a predator in a new world not yet so used to the world. So he stood, and left.
"There's no fun in hunting a creature already injured, live, so I can enjoy the adrenaline of a hunt with you in the future" he said walking away to hunt the lone deer he saw earlier, not noticing the hawks tilting of the head and its subtle nod.
30 minutes later, he found the same deer he found before, picking at the bushes in a forest trail. He used observe and the stats appeared as such.
