Chapter 7 - Sasha and vampiric effects of "god" blood.

Sora opened the door to a gasp.

"Holy shit. Sora Lockheart. No wonder Brie was so secretive. I can't wait to taste your blood," she said as she waltzed right into the mansion.

'Well, that's not weird,' he thought while shaking his head.

"Alright, have at it, no way I'd turn down being in a party with our King's best friend, let alone my best friends," she said nonchalantly.

"System, please initiate a seal with Sasha Valencia with the same conditions as Brie Reinhardt."

Certainly. Seal initiated.

"I agree," Sasha said as she blew a bubble with her bubblegum.

"Well, that was easy. Where's Brie?" she continued.

"She should be here soon," she told her parents she's moving out and moving here." Sora said.

"About time she got out of those assholes' lives. By the way, could you be a dear and grab my luggage and where should I park my car?"

As Sora grabbed Sasha's ten to fifteen bags of luggage, he walked in and asked her, "which room would you like?"

"Up here Mr. Muscles," she said with a playful grin.

'Of course she would choose the one on the fifth floor…' Sora sighed.

After getting her luggage to her room, Sora showed her where to park her car. Luckily, around this time, Brie came cruising in with the window rolled down screaming, "Hey Sasha! Glad you made it! Glad to be back, Sora! Just wait until you hear how pissed off my parents are."

After Sasha's car parked itself at the end of the garage, the three of them walked into Sora's main living area.

"My parents were PISSED." Brie laughed.

"Like, how pissed? Scale of 1-10?" Sasha asked with a laugh.

"20? Especially after they told me no, and I told them I was moving in with a boy! Can you imagine the look on their faces?" Brie laughed harder.

Sasha blurted out in laughter and said, "No you didn't."

"Am I really just a boy to you?" Sora asked sadly.

"Of course not, but to my parents, all men are boys, I should have said with said with a hunk my age, that would have pissed them off even more!" Brie continued to laugh.

"Bet that felt good to get off your chest, didn't it?" Sasha asked.

"They've been treating me like shit ever since I turned down school! I'm sick of being treated like I'm 5! I'm rank S! Like there aren't many Rank S adventurers out there, especially under the age of 20!" Brie bragged.

"Good for you girl, although, my parents just don't care. Sure, I got turned at the age of 18, but that was what, like almost 80 years ago?" Sasha laughed.

"Well, I'm happy for Brie, and I'm glad you and Sasha are here." Sora said.

"On a more serious note, I do have something to ask. Since we're in a party now and we have a seal, I think it'd be best if we laid out all of our skills with each other, so we know our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I have all SSS rank abilities and skills and an infinite magic pool. I can die, however, like anyone else. I can transfer obtained skills, like Brie's new Banshee skill, treasure and items to anyone in my party. I can perform sealing magic, teleportation magic and even have some skills and abilities I don't know about yet," Sora explained, as best he could, without giving the system away.

"I don't rank up, I level up, which is weird because I know your main goals are to rank up as adventurers. I'm not sure if that's just something that comes with the SSS rank, but I can use any type of elemental ability, have every weapon you can think of, including hand to hand combat mastered, I can passively regenerate health and I haven't figured out my eye ability yet."

"Well, that's just badass. You make it so easy to not sound completely useless compared to you," Brie laughed.

"Yeah, it's really easy for us to just pour out our lameass abilities now, isn't it?" Sasha returned Brie's laugh.

"No, no, I didn't mean it like…"

"So gullible, I told you Sasha, it's like he's lived under a rock!" Brie giggled.

"I can inspect and analyze, just like you Sora. I'm also accomplished in ice, healing and water magic, and even have a unique skill: Control. This allows me to control a vampire's temperament around humans, which helps me aid Sasha if she's ever craving human blood or lost too much human blood," Brie explained.

"Your dimensional space will come in handy because we can carry her blood bags so this will never be an issue. Oh, and of course that amazing banshee ability you gave me!"

"So, vampire skills and abilities are a lot different from human abilities, so I won't get into mine too much, but basically I can weaponize blood, of any type of being, I can expand or retract any part or parts of my body and have some other vampire based skills, like charm, hypnotize, and mind-read, depending on how strong or weak the type of human or creature is," Sasha quickly explained.

"Awesome, thanks, that helps me understand. I want to go on a dungeon run tonight and I want it to be S tier. Are you ladies up for that?"

They both grinned, widely.

"Yes, which one? We could check the job board?" Brie suggested.

"No need, I have already considered the options, and I think this one, known as "Hell's Gate," which is approximately 20 miles from here, is our best option," Sora stated confidently.

"Oh, I heard there's a huge reward at the end of that one!" Sasha exclaimed.

"Yes, but that's one of those dungeons you can't leave once you enter. Aren't you worried about that at all, Sora?" Brie asked with a concerned face.

"Of course not! We can stack up plenty of potions, food, whatever Sasha needs in my dimensional space and I'm sure there's nothing we can't handle…" Sora exclaimed.

"I saw all the blood bags she came stashed with, I took the liberty of just moving a freezer and a refrigerator into her room. Now about my blood…"

"System, can Sasha drink my blood?"

Your blood should be more beneficial to vampires than regular human blood. Exercise caution. This will also cause her to crave your blood more than other blood. Only use in unique circumstances.

"I thought you'd never ask! Brie, I'm going to need your help here," Sasha said, with saliva dripping from her lips.

"I want you to be careful, Sasha. Ancient texts suggest that god blood is very, very addictive but very beneficial to vampires," Sora lied.

"Ok, ok. I get it. That's what Brie's for anyway."

Sora made his neck available, and he'd never seen anything or anyone move so fast. Sasha quickly latched onto his neck, and he went into a sort of trance. He tried fighting it, but it was just serene and peaceful. He began to feel woozy until he came too, and he noticed Brie had Sasha pinned to the floor.

"Sasha, calm down." she said, sternly, while putting her hand on her forehead. "Go to sleep, you're being too much."

"Sorry about that Sora, I didn't think she'd go that crazy," Brie said while giving me a hug.

Her warm body made him feel comfortable and it was something he hadn't felt for a long time. It was the feeling of someone who actually cared, and he desperately missed that feeling.

Sora returned the hug, giving her a gentle, but tight squeeze and said, "It's' not your fault, thank you for taking care of that," ending the nice hug with a kiss on the cheek.

Brie held her cheek where Sora kissed for a second, and turned away as her face turned beat red.

"Sasha, wake up," she said as she put her hand on her forehead.

"Sorry Sora. Thanks Brie. Holy hell, that's some strong blood. Please don't give that to me unless I'm dying or I need some type of super-buff," she said while shaking her head.

"No worries, like you said, that's what Brie's for anyway. I think we should draw a vial of it just in case we run into any trouble tonight?" Sora asked.

"Sure, but have Brie do it, I'll leave for a bit, I need to take a walk that was embarrassing," Sasha said as she closed the door behind her.

Sora gave Brie a tour of the mansion, guided by the system, and they learned there were 5 floors, a spa, a dojo, a massive library filled with hundreds of thousands of books, around 20 bedrooms, several meeting rooms, a room full of security stuff, which Sora figured his system used, as well as 10 bathrooms, a ballroom. Next, a showroom, filled with ornate armor, some of which Sora could only guess were used by the actual gods and goddesses, his master bedroom. Sora and Brie both realized they didn't even get to see every room or the outside.

"Amazing, this place is like its own little city," Brie giggled as we stopped to draw a few vials of my blood in a hospital-like room, with everything one would need to recover from injury.

"Do not let her get a hold of this. Always place it in your dimensional space or a locked refrigerator."

"Absolutely, did you pick out a room?" Sora asked with a smile.

"Yes, the one next to your master bedroom if that's ok? By the way, I can't believe how many clothes you have stocked up in the bedroom's walk-in closet!" she said enthusiastically, "Plus, if you don't mind, I ordered a few things."

"Of course not, like I said, what's mine is yours, etc. Also, can you explain the currency system, so I stop sounding like a complete moron," Sora asked.

With a big laugh, she said, "Well, vites are the basic currency. Decavites are 10 vites. Centavites are 100 vites. Vitamines 10,000 vites, Vitamantium 100,000 vites, and Ultravites 1,000,000 vites, which is our highest currency mark. Which is why I was shocked you were just throwing around Ultravites like it was nothing."

"Well, to be honest, they are nothing. Look at my mansion, how much do you think this is worth?"

"Who knows. Must be nice having a goddess and famous Uthra for parents," she shrugged.

"Or really lonely, but yes, the luxuries of having these parents are quite nice." Sora said with a friendly nudge. "Which is why I'm glad you and Sasha are here. You think she's back and ready to head out?" he asked.

"It's not like her to dwell on things, so yes, she should be back soon."

"System, where is Sasha?"

She's pacing around in your garden out front.

With a big smile Sora said, "Wanna spook her, Brie?"

"What do you mean–"

"Teleport to Sasha Valencia!" Sora said as he grabbed Brie's hand.

"Ahhhhhh!" Sasha yelled as she fell over.

The three of them burst out in laughter.

"Ok, time to get going to this dungeon, I have 20 blood bags, 40 potions, 20 mana potions, a mini fridge packed with a weeks' worth of food and enough weapons and armor for all of us." Sora said.

Brie smiled and said, "I like when a man comes prepared."

Sasha rolled her eyes and muttered something like, "silly little lovebirds."
