The next day, Micah and Shoto were once again some of the first ones to get to class. As always, Sasha had planted herself right on Micah's desk as soon as he sat down.
Yaoyorozu ignored the love birds as she spoke with Shoto today. Mina and Kirishima sat chatting with Micah and Sasha once they arrived, as more and more students arrived. Already, several little groups had been formed, but for the most part, everyone got along well so far.
"So what'd you do outside of school, man? I like working out and playing games!" Kirishima asked Micah, as a blonde boy with a black bolt joined the conversation as well, and Kirishima introduced him as Denki Kaminari.
"Well, I like listening to music a lot. Training is also a big one now, but I guess just hanging out with friends." He said as Sasha opened her mouth before Mina asked her something, sparing Micah for now.
Once Aizawa walked in, though, everything shut down as everyone returned to their seats. "Only took 20 seconds, better." He huffed as he wiggled out of his sleeping bag. "Alright, I'm sure you have the forms I asked to be filled out, so bring them up here, and we'll go from there."
As they dropped off their forms, Aizawa took roll as well as he got the ball rolling. "So, today you're all going to have Heroics 101, as I'm sure you know. Don't freak out when-" Before he could finish his sentence, the door slammed open as All Might burst into the classroom.
"I AM COMING THROUGH THE DOOR! LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" He declared heroically as a few winced from the volume, and the rest of the class went wild. Izuku and Mina, in particular, nerded out over his costume, as Aizawa glared at All Might for disrupting his class.
Aizawa finally gave up and went back to sleep as All Might finally got everyone to calm down. "Heroics 101! This is where you learn all the necessary skills you need to become pro heroes! What better way to start than with," He pulled out a card, "Battle training!"
Several students got excited at the prospect of that as All Might pulled out a remote, and the wall opened up, showing several suitcases with numbers. "You are encouraged to wear your hero costumes, be proud because your journey starts now!"
Everyone scrambled to get the case with their number on it as they rushed to change. The guys' locker room was buzzing with energy as they frantically threw on their costumes. Micah, in particular, was eager to try his on.
His costume consisted of a bodysuit with two slits for his wings to come out. On top of the full bodysuit was a light carapace chest plate that also had slits for wings. Covering this was a robe that hid the wing slits while also being made of a material that was slash-resistant.
He also had a pair of flame and slash-resistant pants that he put the Master Ninja belt on. It was finished off with a thick pair of boots to help him stay grounded after landing from the air.
For colors, the carapace chest plate was army green, as were the boots. The robe, however, was a dark purple with gold trim, with a white trim for the boots and chest plate. It was very ornate while also being stylish. 'Plus, if I ever go crazy, I can just paint it black.'
As the rest of the class arrived, All Might beamed at them as they lined up before them. "They say the pros make the clothes, and you guys are rocking it!" He nearly shouted as the class buzzed with energy.
As All Might explained the activity we were about to do, I felt a familiar presence sidle up beside me as someone blew on my ear. Sasha giggled when I jumped as I spun around and almost lost my jaw.
Although he knew she'd be wearing it since she'd shown it to him over the phone, seeing her costume in person was a whole other ball game. Her costume consisted of a sleek, form-fitting sleeveless bodysuit with a V-shaped neckline, while her thighs were exposed, on which a single bright pink holster and a band fit snugly.
She paired this with a cropped, high-collared baby pink jacket with sleeves ending above her elbows, decorated by subtle, white color accents. For footwear, she wore a pair of bright pink sneakers as well as a white band around her left ankle. Her hands were sporting white gloves with black fingers.
"Don't look too hard, tiger. Your face might get stuck~." Sasha purred, seeing my face. When I didn't respond, she got closer and stuck her face really close to mine. "Like what you see?" She asked quietly as I finally snapped out of it.
"Yeah, you look good," I said as she grinned, then pouted. "Only good? Is that all I get?" She said as if indignant, as I rolled my eyes. "You look beautiful, Sasha, really," I said as she froze, a light blush creeping onto her face before Yaoyorozu called to us.
"Hurry up, you two, we're going to the monitor station." She said, smirking when we jumped as Sasha grabbed my hand and dug me after her. Once with the other, she didn't let go either, so I let her hold my hand as I asked Yaoyorozu. "Who did I get paired with?" She grinned.
"With Sasha." I fought the smile that tried to surface as Mina made faces at Sasha, who stuck her tongue out at her. We then turned our attention to the big screen, where the first two teams would be going up, Izuku and Ochako as the heroes, with Bakugo and Ida as the villains.
Watching this fight play out in real life was something totally different compared to the show. For one, seeing Ida be so robotic in his attempt to be a villain was much funnier. That changed when Bakugo finally reached Izuku.
Seeing the walls shake with each explosive burst sent phantom shockwaves through me as I imagined myself in Izuku's place. Each blow seemed to shake me from the other side of the screen as I tensed up for some reason.
I must have tightened my grip on Sasha's hand as she poked my side. "You ok, tiger?" I nodded and kept my eyes locked on the fight as Izuku tried his best to turn it around. He fought well, using what he already knew about Bakugo to his advantage, but when only one of them was using their quirk, he didn't stand a chance.
The fight finally ended when Izuku took an explosion to the face and blasted a hole all the way up various floors, giving Ochako the opening she needed to get the bomb as All Might declared the Hero team's victory before rushing to check on Izuku.
I must have been more shaken than I realized, as Sasha poked me again, more gently this time. "Are you ok?" She said just quiet enough for me to hear as I hesitantly nodded. "I think so, maybe?" She gave me a concerned look as All Might returned with Bakugo and Ida in tow, Ochako was helping Izuku get to the nurse.
As All Might gave pointers for both teams and Yaoyorozu put in her two cents, the next two teams were chosen. Rikido Sato and Momo Yaoyorozu as Heroes, Sasha Yakovleva and Micah Hall as Villains.
