"Let's go," Alika suggested.
Takeru followed Alika through the kingdom, but as they went deeper, Takeru heard whispers.
"What is that strange and scary creature?"
"It's a mutant." "Shut up, guys, it's gonna kill us. That thing's eyes are so dark."
The whispering gave Takeru a feeling of familiarity with, it was almost as if he was walking at a park back on earth.
"Hey uhm Alika, are you sure that I should be here?" Takeru stopped to ask. The ominous aura the faries were emitting made him feel threatened.
"Come on, Takeru, we talked about this." She responded and continued to walk.
Takeru's emotions were all mixed up, one part of him wanted to trust her, but another part wanted to be cautious and just leave.
'I don't know why, but for some reason, my heart trusts her, and yet it's so painful.' He thought as he placed his hand to his chest.
'So this is how it feels like to place your trust on someone, I've never had to do that in my whole life. It's painful.'
The both of them finally reached the capital, the kingdom's castle.
The two guards who were standing at the door became alarmed and picked up their weapons and, pointed them at Takeru.
"What is the meaning of this? What is this mutant?" One of them questioned.
"Mutant is an understatement. This thing should be called an abomination!" Another added.
'Oh right, I'm different from them. Why did I even think that they would accept me? This is not how I wanted to spend my time with faries.' Takeru thought.
"Gentleman what are you saying now? This abomination you're talking about is with me, and I would advise you to show respect!" Alika warned.
"Yes we're very sorry. Please accept our apology, Lady Alika." The two guards went on their knees and pleaded.
'What's this? They went on their knees this quickly. What is Alika?' Takeru wondered.
"I forgive you, now then open up and escort us to the king." She ordered.
"I'm sorry, my Lady, but the king is not in the kingdom." One of the guards said.
'Outside the kingdom, but why would King Saraw be out of the kingdom, especially when it's so dangerous?' Alika wondered.
"Fine then take us to the Queen left in the kingdom." Alika demanded.
'The queen left in the kingdom? She said that like there are more queens.' Takeru thought.
"Follow me," One of the guards said.
They entered the Castle and the guard escorted them into the throne room.
"Here we are Lady Alika." The guard said when they entered a white room.
The room had pink curtains thelat were opened to allow the sunlight to enter, a red carpet leading to the throne chairs, and in the walls was a giant canvas.
A canvas with the current royal family and a green flag with fairy wings as a logo hanging opposite to the window.
There were five throne chairs and sitting in one of them was a woman who looked like she was in her early thirties.
She was simply and utterly beautiful, she wore a giant green robe covering her entire body, had long blonde hair, yellow eyes, and wore a crown.
The crown had three red gems acting as a decoration, and standing to her right were five men wearing a green attire and holding spears.
On her left were five more man wearing the same attire, and standing next to Takeru were two men who were guarding the throne room's entrance.
Takeru immediately knew that she was the Queen.
He wanted to take a knee and bow, but he had to wait for Alika to do something first and so he'd follow because he didn't know how things went here.
Alika took a knee and bowed down, and said, "Your Highness, I humbly greet you."
Takeru immediately followed, he took a knee down and bowed his head.
"Your presence graces me greatly your majesty." He said.
The queen stood up from her throne chairs and took out her arm from the robe, she was carrying a royal staff.
She walked slowly towards the two of them, used her staff to point at Takeru.
Although Queen Saraw was a beautiful and majestic being, her personality wasn't and she only respected people who were above her status or her equal, and a few select others who were lucky enough.
"Your majesty? What is this mutant abomination of a creature?" She asked disgustingly.
'Damn these people are racist.' Takeru thought.
He was about to get up and leave but Alika grabbed his head and shook her head, stopping him from leaving.
'Fine I'll stay.' He said with his mind.
Alika raised her head.
"Your Highness, this person is of an unknown race and he helped me survive." She spoke up.
The queen looked at the peasant who just raised her head while in her presence and she was utterly disgusted, she couldn't clear make out who the person was since her head wasn't fully raised.
"Who are you? What do you think you are raising your head in front of me?!" She angrily asked.
"Your Highness please forgive my impudence, I Fairy knight Alika have returned." She answered.
"Wait Alika is that you?" The queen excitedly asked.
Alika fully raised her head to show the Queen it was really her.
"Alikaaaaa!!" The queen shouted in excitement and grabbed Alika then gave her a big hug.
"You idiot, i thought that you were gonna die. Where were you? What happened? Are you okay?" The Queen bombarded her with questions and Alika gladly explained.
'What's going on here? They queen and Alika know each other, and on top of all that she was worried about her, well that explains why the guards have so much respect for her, and also why nobody actually spoke loudly about me, it was because I was with her.' Takeru thought.
"So this thing saved you?" The queen asked Alika after she explained everything.
"Yes he did, so please welcome him to live in the kingdom." She pleaded.
"No I will not!!" The queen shouted.
"But Lady Kaguya [The queen] why not?" Alika asked.
"What you're telling me doesn't add up.
Firstly: You found him battling a dragon which is a third ranking dragon. [They are the third strongest dragons beating the fourth, and fifth ranked dragons.]
Secondly: He killed the dragon mostly on his own and you were just supporting.
Thirdly: He doesn't remember many things about himself, which sounds like a lie if you ask me.
Fourthly: He knows strange survival tricks, including how to start a fire without magic and yet he doesn't remember anything about himself.
Fifthly: The clothes he's wearing, the fabric used to make them has never been seen before, and the design as well.
Sixthly: How did he defeat the dragon with his magic when he doesn't know how to use it.
Seventhly: I can barely sense any magic, even if he used up most of it he should have regained a lot.
Eightly: He said "Your presence graces me greatly your majesty." No matter what, he should've known that a queen is referred to as her Highness not your majesty, and if he really did forget somethings that means he would have related what you said.
Ninthly: All of this added together, plus his handsome yet intimidating face and his overly waryiness of us, all this means that he's from another world, he's the devil's incarnate!"
The queen said.
Gasps escaped everybody's mouths,all of them shocked by this, including Alika.
"Devil's incarnate, I'm not from the nether world!" Takeru defended himself.
But then the queen's next words sealed the deal.
"I never said you were from the nether world, the word nether world is only know by the royal family and the fairy guardians, everybody else knows the name hell."
Takeru became totally speechless, and his heart skipped a beat when the queen ordered, "Capture the Devil's incarnate!!"
'These people are dumb! What even is the devil's incarnate?' Takeru wondered, too afraid to speak outloud because hus words maybe used against him.
All the men at the room charged straight to him, but then a voice filled the air.
"Stop!!" Alika stood in front of Takeru, acting as his shield.
"All of you stop! Takeru is not the devil's incarnate!" She defended him. "What even makes you think that?"
"Prophecy said that a handsome yet intimidating men would infiltrate the kingdom in the form of a strange creature, and it would deceive us all, just as this man is doing. CAPTURE HIM!" The queen ordered.
"I will not allow this!" Alika shouted.
"The devil's incarnate has mind controlled her!" One of the men shouted.
"No… he didn't." Alika said.
"Grab Lady Alika and get her to our mage she'll fix her." The queen ordered.
Two men grabbed her and were taking her out of the room.
The other men attacked Takeru and kicked him to the floor.
'Alika… alika.. alika..'
"Alikaaaaaaa!" He shouted for her help but his heart was broken when he saw her.
She took a look at him and dissapointgly turned around.
Takeru's eyes got teary and moisty.
'She betrayed me. I don't believe it, she turned to look at me and just left.'
Tears fell of from his eyes as the men were attacking him and beating him up.
His eyes turned from black, to being pitch black, they had a zero glow, not even light could make them shine, it was as if they were completely lifeless.
At that moment he decided to hate it all, everything human, everything fairy, everything that was alive and could talk, he decided to hate it all.
