Steven refused the proposal for marriage.
The moment those words left his mouth, both Albert and John were left completely stunned.
Albert could hardly believe what he had just heard.

"Steven, my son… why?" he asked calmly. "Why don't you want to get married?"

"But since you insist so much, go ahead and tell me her name and family."
