The Hilichurl tribes around Mondstadt are just a few small groups. There are not too many Hilichurls in them. With Lumine's help, Amber finished the mission quickly.
"I really did not expect you to be so strong."
Amber wiped the sweat from her forehead. She was completely shocked inside. Lumine's swordsmanship was top-notch. But what surprised her most was that her Anemo power was just as strong. What shocked her the most was that she could not find a Vision on her.
"What a weird pair."
Amber muttered to herself. She really needed to report this man and woman to the Acting Grand Master. Hearing Amber's praise, Lumine instinctively shifted her weight, put her hands on her hips, and puffed out her chest.
"Alright, my mission is a complete success. I will take you to Mondstadt right now."
Knights of Favonius Headquarters, Mondstadt. After hearing Amber's report, Acting Grand Master Jean frowned slightly. Someone without a Vision can actually use Anemo power? And without a Wind Glider, they could just jump off Starsnatch Cliff and ride the wind? Could someone who can do both be the legendary Anemo Archon, Barbatos?
"Their goal is to find a blood relative?"
Jean was a bit confused.
"Yes, Master Jean," Amber replied honestly. "The man named Kael claims Lumine got into some kind of accident and lost part of her memory. She only remembers having a separated older brother. They want to ask Barbatos to help Lumine recover her memories. They also hope to find clues about her brother's whereabouts in Mondstadt."
So they are not Barbatos. Jean's doubts cleared up. Mondstadt's Anemo Archon had been missing for too long. No one knew what he actually looked like. Based on Amber's report, the two of them were definitely not Barbatos. They were just two capable travelers looking for family. Besides, the main one searching was Lumine. Kael was just accompanying her.
"What is wrong, Jean? You look a bit pale."
Lisa put down the book in her hands. She saw right through Jean's thoughts in one glance. As the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius, the hardworking Jean was always exhausted. Mondstadt's situation was even more severe now. Because of Stormterror Dvalin, Mondstadt City often suffered from violent storms. The citizens were suffering greatly. On top of that, the Fatui from Snezhnaya were using the Stormterror incident to try and infiltrate Mondstadt's political management. This made Jean, who was already spinning like a top, completely overwhelmed.
"I should go meet them first."
Jean shook her head to show she was fine.
"Amber, where are they now?"
"They are sitting in the plaza. It seems to be their first time in Mondstadt, and they are amazed by how prosperous it is."
Amber smiled playfully. "According to what they said, Lumine has amnesia. But Kael is even more interesting. He actually lived alone in the wild for months. He even joked that he was turning into a wild creature."
Hearing this, Jean and Lisa looked at each other. Was there really such a strange person? Living in the wild for months... did he just like survival?
"Pfft."
They both laughed at the same time. Lisa swayed her hips as she walked over to Jean. She chuckled softly. "I have never met anyone so interesting before. I will go with you to meet them."
Yae Miko: "Acting Grand Master Jean and Lisa are going together? With two stunning beauties showing up, Kael's eyes will definitely be glued to them."
