After they returned to their boat, there was a deep silence among them.
Although they had killed before, for Tyler, this was an experience that truly made him a part of this world.
A world where good guys served bad guys and bad guys did more bad things.
For Tyler, who grew up in a world where even harming someone was considered bad, it was an experience that made him grow up.
But for Miya and Franky, it wasn't that impactful. They just let their captain adjust his emotions until Miya couldn't shut her mouth.
"So, Captain, can you explain why he took my hair?"
"There is a chance that they can make vivre card using your hair. Although I have only heard about them requiring your fingernails."
"But it is possible since your hair was pulled out of your head, which means it contains your DNA."
Seeing their blank look, Tyler coughed.
"DNA is what makes you human and different from other races. It holds your biological information."
"And Vivre Card can point towards your location. That means if they get your hair, they can easily find you."
"Of course, there should be some ways to hide from them, but I am not aware of any of those methods."
"Anyway, if he had made your vivre, he could easily track us no matter where we go."
Hearing that, Miya smacked the wall beside her as her eyes turned red.
"Doesn't that mean I almost doomed us all?"
Tyler hurriedly shook his head.
"It's not your problem. This should happen to many crews. Our situation is more problematic, which is why I don't want to take this risk."
"Otherwise, I wouldn't even mind keeping him as an undercover."
Frank nodded.
"The difference in our strength is too big. If we make one mistake, our crew will be gone. But if we get stronger, we will not have to worry about any of that."
Tyler smiled and patted Miya on her head.
"That's right! As long as we get stronger, there will be no one to stop us. So, don't think too much about your mistake."
"Just put more effort into training!"
"Hmm!"
Miya's expression became a bit more cheerful after hearing that.
"Anyway, we will soon have a ship and a new crewmate."
Tyler announced.
"Oh, oh, I forgot to ask about that. Who is our new crewmate? Do we have to wait till tomorrow to meet him?"
"Yeah! Go to sleep!"

Next Day,
Just kidding;
That night;
"You've arrived."
Tyler's voice rang in the dark. After five seconds, three different lamps were on.
Miya and Frank stood next to him, both holding a suitcase full of cash.
"Goods?"
Tyler asked.
Turtle took out two notebooks from his pocket.
"Payment?"
Miya and Frank walked forward and opened their suitcases, showing several stacks of berries.
Turtle tossed those books to Tyler.
"Wait!"
Tyler raised his hand.
"What are you trying to do?"
Turtle's eyes narrowed.
"I need to check if they are real."
Tyler replied. He opened both notebooks. After reading them for nearly five minutes, Tyler closed the books.
"Yes, they are fine!"
Turtle gave him a suspicious look and asked.
"It seems like you know these things, but then, why are you buying them?"
Tyler chuckled and said.
"I know a little bit of everything. But only a little bit. By the way, does the organization behind you buy information?"
Turtle paused and asked.
"What kind?"
"Celestial Dragon!"
Turtle almost lost strength in his legs. His eyes widened in shock as he asked.
"What kind of information is that?"
His voice was quite loud and hoarse.
"A pirate with Celestial Dragon identity and not like those who can't go back to that place, but the one who is welcomed back to that place."
Turtle's eyes widened in shock.
"You mean there are people with celestial dragon identity among pirates?"
Tyler paused.
This shocked expression was quite surprising, but then he realized only he and very few people should know about Doflamingo's identity.
Much less, Shanks's identity, which was hidden from most people.
"Yes, two exactly! First one will cost a hundred million, and the second one will cost two hundred million."
"How you use this information depends on you. Of course, you can choose not to buy it."
Turtle paused; his body was shaking, but he controlled it.
"I can't decide this level of information. I need to contact my superiors."
He took out a Den Den Mushi and said.
"This is my gift. It has my number recorded. You can contact me for anything you need."
"Goodbye!"
He took the bags and left without much hesitation. He was quite shaken by Tyler's information.
After all, Celestial Dragons were considered gods. And to have these gods be pirates among them wasn't something anyone would've expected.
After he left, Tyler released a deep breath and muttered.
"Did I make the right decision?"
"Huh? What did you say, Captain?" Miya asked.
"By the way, who are these people? If they are Celestial Dragons, why are they living as pirates?"
She continued asking.
"Curiosity kills the cat, Miya! There is no need to get curious about everything. Besides, I am worried if I made a wrong move."
Tyler sighed.
Frank nodded and said.
"You did make a wrong move, Captain. We are very weak now. If this guy reveals your information, it can cause a lot of problems for us."
"Especially if those two celestial dragons learn about you."
Tyler released a deep breath and said.
"I know. There is no point in regretting it. Now, we can only do one thing. Get stronger, strong enough that nobody can make us regret!"
He clenched his fist.
He even lost his motivation to sleep. He opened the Marine Six Style book and started reading it.
Frank and Miya went to sleep. One was nonchalant as ever, while the other quickly forgot about it.
Only Tyler stayed till midnight, reading every single word in that book and memorizing it.
These methods weren't just training direction, but also step by step process of exercises necessary to complete these techniques.
Unlike the Haki book, which only wrote about experiences of how to awaken Haki, this truly gave a methodical perspective of those techniques.
It even showed the flow of blood, controlling its intensity, heat, and nutrients to increase the speed of stomping, hardening, softening, and channeling.
Stomping was necessary for Soru and Geppo.
Hardening was necessary for Finger Gun and Iron Body.
Softening was necessary for Paper Arts.
Channeling was necessary for Rankyaku.
But, Hardening was also necessary for Geppo and Rankyaku.
Channeling was also necessary for Geppo, Soru, and Iron Body.
Softening was also necessary for Soru and Rankyaku.
These methods gave him the perspective and understanding of the balance between these elements of training.
Especially for channeling, which was necessary for both Geppo, Soru, Rankyaku, and Iron Body.
This was basically pumping blood into the veins to increase the explosive power of a certain part of the body.
In the case of Iron Body, it would be the entire body. While activating it, the user would gain the hardness of iron.
That's why hardening was necessary. It didn't mean to harden blood, but the skin itself, through the power of blood and training.
In this case, training meant adapting, adjusting the skin to take a beating.
Because of this, Iron Body and Paper Arts were opposite to each other, but if both could be mastered, one's power would grow significantly.
That's why Lucci's strength was much higher than that of any of his teammates. They had mastered two or three or even four types of techniques.
But Lucci had mastered all six, giving him proper understanding and control over stomping, hardening, softening, and channeling.
Because of this, his training would result in greater gains, constantly using these four elements to strengthen his body.
Tyler wasn't planning on practicing all night, but remember, this book was more than enough.
If he could master all six styles, just based on this, he would be comparable to a Vice Admiral in terms of strength.
But that would require training. Even the recovery of his Devil Fruit, it would take him at least a year to reach there.
If he had a good doctor who could speed up his recovery through medicines and herbs, then his training time could be shortened.
Of course, this was without including his other trainings like swordsmanship, Devil Fruit control, and Haki.
The more things he could master, the better.
But to master more things, he would need to spend more time. So, there would always be a catch.
So, he had to find a way to balance these things.
Right now, his goal before entering the Grandline was to surpass Marineford Arc Luffy.
That meant being physically strong as a Vice Admiral, alongside having several different methods to increase his combat strength.
Was he ready for that? He didn't know.
Vice Admiral Onigumo was after him.
