Marine HQ;
"Sengoku, you called me?"
"Tsuru, I just got some new intel on Doflamingo."
A man with a black afro, sitting inside his office, spoke to his colleague. She was a middle-aged woman who had a few wrinkles around her eyes.
She wore a grey shirt and blue pants, with a white coat over it that said 'Justice'.
She was sitting in front of him.
"Doflamingo is sending Diamante and his team to hunt Tyler and send him to Kaido. After all, this boy ate a Mythical Zoan."
"Did he get this information from the black market?"
Tsuru asked softly.
Sengoku nodded.
"That should be right. They also know about Onigumo's position."
"This is going to be difficult unless we let Onigumo chase after Diamante."
Tsuru replied.
Sengoku blinked his eyes for a moment before he slapped the table.
"That's it! Just let him chase Diamante, and they can find the newcomer. But Onigumo isn't exactly stealthy."
Tsuru rolled her eyes and said.
"Just give him the order! Although Onigumo has some shortcomings, he doesn't disobey the orders."
"Yes!"
He immediately called Onigumo and told him the recent intelligence.
———————————
Tyler and his crew, unaware of the threats looming towards them, kept sailing towards the new island.
But this peace was broken when the Den Den Mushi in Tyler's hand rang.
Clack!
"Moshi! Moshi! Who is this?"
"It's me."
A sharp voice rang, and the face of the Den Den Mushi turned blank.
"What happened?"
Tyler's smile disappeared as he asked.
"Someone bought your position. Fifty million berries!"
Tyler's eyebrows twitched. Although he was expecting him to betray, he didn't expect it to be so soon.
"You better give me a good reason why I shouldn't drop this Den Den Mushi into the sea!"
"10 million for me, forty million for you."
Hearing that, Tyler's eyes narrowed, and a smile slowly formed on his face.
"That's good! At least, you know I will throw Den Den Mushi away once we get chased by someone."
"Since I have forty million, I would like to buy one Observation Haki manual, Sword Training Manual, and Hasshoken Training Manual."
"I should still have ten million left, right? Help me find the location, or at least the latest location of Nico Robin."
"Forty million and you didn't even hesitate to spend it all!"
There was a hint of laughter in that voice as Turtle continued.
"Money will only matter if we survive. Getting stronger is the top priority."
Tyler replied nonchalantly.
"But you don't have that much time."
Turtle questioned.
"That's for us to decide. So, when can you send us those manuals? We are still close to Kano Country."
"Then, I send them through our mode of transportation. Tyler, you have quite interesting information. Don't die here!"
"Hahahaha! You are kidding, right? I am the man who found that treasure. How can I die in West Blue?"
"But I didn't expect you to be so emotional, Turtle. Hehe! Let's meet on the Grandline!"
"Hahahaha!"
With arrogant laughter, Tyler closed the Den Den Mushi and stood up from his chair.
He walked out of the room and shouted.
"Miya, Frank, Adam, come out!"
"What's wrong, Captain? I heard your laughter from my room."
Miya asked as she walked out of the room.
Frank was in the kitchen. After washing his hands, he quickly walked out while Adam took some time.
After they gathered on the deck, Tyler spoke.
"Our position has been disclosed. They have a direct way of tracking us. So, we need to find a land far away from Kano Country."
"Miya, what would be the farthest island from this place?"
Miya went back to her room and returned with a newly made map. She pointed at an island without a name near the edge of the Calm Belt.
"This island should be pretty far from here."
"Then, let's go there! We will train on that island for as long as we can. Once our training is finished, we can face the future threats."
Hearing his command, others didn't say anything. With their captain and their identity as pirates, they weren't afraid of anything.
Only Adam looked a bit scared.
"Adam!"
"Eh? What is it, Captain?"
Adam asked, trying to calm his voice.
"Can you make any kind of propeller to move our ship faster?"
Tyler asked.
Adam shook his head.
"Captain, with the equipment at hand, I can't build anything like that. But if we can get a strong wind, I can reinforce these sails and hull."
Hearing that, Tyler took a deep breath and said.
"Then, let's start with reinforcement. As for the wind, leave it to me!"
Adam nodded and left.
"Then, I will focus on cooking. It seems like we will need more energy."
Frank spoke as he entered the kitchen.
Miya gave him a thumbs up and said.
"I can handle the ship's direction no matter how fast you take us."
Seeing their confident look, Tyler laughed and said.
"Of course, you are my crew."
He walked up to the front of the deck and raised his hands. The wind around him started getting heavier and faster.
But it never reached the point where it could cause damage to the ship. It stayed around his hand.
Tyler kept moving this wind, flowing it like water.
He wasn't just controlling it; he was training with it.
Trying to shoot wind blasts from his fist, trying to increase his speed with wind, trying to release sharp wind slashes from his swings.
He was practicing according to Air Bending.
Trying to control the air with his movement, instead of letting it run rampant.
By the time he finished his training, it was already evening. At this moment, he noticed a strange object coming towards his ship at an extraordinary speed.
It only took another twenty minutes to catch up to his ship.
Only then did he see the true body of this object. It turned out to be a snail. It was latching onto his ship and slowly moving up.
'This kind of snail. It can only be the product of Germa. Turtle's organization must be cooperating with Germa for this kind of transportation.'
He thought to himself and waited as the snail appeared on the handrail. Then, it suddenly opened its shell and showed three books and a note.
Tyler couldn't help but feel strange.
"Miya, can you come out?"
He called out.
A few seconds later, Miya walked out.
"What happened?"
"Wait, what is this? A Snail?"
Miya immediately noticed the snail, and her eyes widened in surprise.
After Miya came forward, Tyler walked further away from her, and the snail immediately closed its shell.
Seeing this, Tyler got even more interested and took out the Den Den Mushi from his pocket.
He passed the Den Den Mushi to Miya and walked away.
Then, the snail opened its shell.
"Captain, what are you doing?" Miya asked, slightly confused by his action.
Tyler wasn't surprised by Miya's confusion. Miya wasn't a genius navigator like Nami. She was quite dumb.
She wasn't dumb dumb like Luffy, but she was similar to Chopper. Her hard work in Navigation made her quite a good navigator.
But she was as innocent as Chopper.
So, he calmly explained.
"I was checking how good this snail is at security. Although a strong pirate can still destroy its shell, I don't think I can."
"So, it is quite a good means for sending items around the world. But it is also possible to trick it."
He said while holding the Den Den Mushi in his hand. With that, he pulled the books and the note.
"Thank you for your hard work! Miya, go and bring a big piece of lettuce!"
Miya nodded and hurriedly ran to the kitchen. Then, she ran out holding a large piece of lettuce.
Tyler tore one-third of it and gave it to his Den Den Mushi before giving the bigger piece to the other snail.
The transportation snail happily accepted the lettuce and left.
"Wow! That guy was so cute. Captain, can we buy a snail like that?"
Miya asked.
Tyler thought about Germa and their technology. He wasn't much interested in their technology, but he wasn't sure what the future held.
"Once we reach Grandline, you will find a cuter pet with more functionality. Some of them can even fight like you, and they are cute."
"Really?"
Miya excitedly asked. At this moment, she couldn't wait to enter the Grandline and find a cute pet for herself.
"Of course, it is a pet's job to look cute, gain the lowest bounty, and fight the strongest opponents."
