The morning sun rose over the hills of Jal-Pura, but the air didn't feel the same. There was a lingering sweetness in the breeze, a scent of ancient earth and celestial dew. Han stood in the center of his field, his body still aching from the previous night's 'Life-Link,' but his eyes were sharper than ever.
[System Notification: Purification Successful.]
[Reward: 500 Harvest Points & 1x Mystery Seed Bag (Rank: Earth-Bound).]
Han looked at the small, velvet pouch that appeared in his hand. Unlike the potato or jute seeds he was used to, these seeds pulsed with a faint silver light. "Mystery seeds?" he whispered. "System, what happens if I plant these?"
[Warning: These seeds belong to the 'Star-field' lineage. They grow ten times faster but require the Host's soul-energy to thrive. Do you accept the burden?]
Before Han could answer, the silence of the morning was shattered by the roar of an engine. A black, luxury SUV tore through the dirt path, stopping inches away from Han's fence. Out stepped Bimal Singh, his face red with rage, followed by four burly men carrying iron rods.
"You think you're clever, don't you, Han?" Bimal spat on the ground, his expensive shoes getting covered in mud. "My Specialist is gone, but I still own the water rights to this entire valley. By tomorrow, your 'miracle' crops will be nothing but dry hay."
Han didn't flinch. He slowly pocketed the mystery seeds and walked toward the fence. "The water flows from the mountains, Bimal. It belongs to the earth, not to a man in a suit."
"We'll see about that!" Bimal waved his hand, and his goons stepped forward to tear down the fence.
But as the first man reached for the wire, the ground beneath his feet shifted. Suddenly, thick, thorny vines erupted from the soil, wrapping around his legs like emerald serpents. The man screamed as he was hoisted three feet into the air.
"What is this magic?!" Bimal backed away, his eyes wide with terror.
Han felt a cold shiver down his spine. He hadn't commanded the plants. He looked at the velvet pouch in his pocket—it was glowing brighter. The land was reacting to his presence, protecting its master even without a command.
"Leave," Han said, his voice low and vibrating with a power that made the birds fly away from the trees. "If you ever step on this soil again with hate in your heart, the earth will not just catch you... it will swallow you."
Bimal Singh didn't wait for a second warning. He scrambled back into his car, the engine screaming as he sped away. But Han knew this wasn't the end. Looking at the silver seeds in his hand, he realized that to protect his home, he would have to grow something the world had never seen before.
He knelt down, dug a small hole with his bare hands, and dropped the first silver seed into the dark, rich earth. "Let's see what the stars have to offer," he murmured.
As the soil covered the seed, a shockwave of energy rippled through the valley. Far away, in the dark temples beyond the mountains, ancient eyes opened. The Eternal Harvester had begun his true journey.
