Sayaka spoke up.
"So what now?"
"Hmmmmmmm.."
Sonya put a finger to her lip as she tilted her head, she seemed very deep in thought.
"So that promise.. I suppose now I have to go down the path of becoming a top streamer! I did not even expect to survive against the fight with that orb monster, let alone become viral."
"Well you know what they say, to be in the entertainment biz ya gotta strike when the irons red hot!"
She smiled as she said that.
"You seem very determined to help Sonya, but may I ask in what way will you be helping?"
Sayaka asked Sonya a direct question wanting to know what Sonya is going to bring to the table to help Haro reach the top.
"A soul binding."
"Huh?"
"Excuse me?"
Both Sayaka and Haro were confused by her answer and wanted to know more.
"Go on."
"A soul binding is when two people, usually of different race or species, bind their souls together to unlocks the benefits of each side. By soul binding with me you get to appeal to the fellas from above!"
"From above, you mean like-?"
"Gods! Monsters! 4th Dimensional Beings! Undead! The list goes on and on!"
Ever since the apocalypse went down updates about the world and different parts of it have been pretty quiet. The apocalypse started in Japan only 3 months ago, all we know is that there are monsters and powers. Everything on the outside of Japan is completely unknown.
Haro sighed.
Haro felt a hand rest onto his should, he looked to the left and saw Sayaka staring at him with a face of worry.
"Are you okay Haro?"
"Yeah I'm fine, I was just thinking about how crazy the world turned out."
"Aw don't worry Master! At least the 'apocalypse' brought me along! That's what you guys call it right, the 'apocalypse'?"
"Don't call me Master!"
Haro's cheeks reddened just a little bit, Sayaka sighed and Sonya giggled. She had put her disappointed face on and stared at Haro, it clearly read 'I know what kind of man you are.'
"Anyway, how do we do this soul binding?"
"It's already been done!"
"What? What do you mean 'it's already been done'?"
"When we shook hands, of course!"
Turns out the sneaky Sonya had already done a soul binding with Haro. Haro looked into the palm of his right hand and sure enough there was a glowing star symbol.
"The promise I gave you was close enough to a contract, and when you put your hand out for me to shake I decided that was the perfect place for me to leave my imprint on you!"
"So this will make it so more than humans can view my stream?"
It was actually better this way the apocalypse had killed off lots of humans.
"Mhm! Try it out!"
Haro had his hand in a position where it looked like he would be grabbing something. This position was what opened his streamer UI. A digital rectangle appeared, extending out of Haro's grab.

Soul Bind Detected. New features have been unlocked!
"There ya go! Now you can view to species and races outside of humans! I can see it's getting dark outside, you two should probably head to sleep, right?"
Sonya was right, looking outside the window Haro saw the sun slowly setting and the darkness was creeping in, ready to envelope the world like it usually does.
"Sonya I have a question."
Sonya quickly raced up to Haro and fiddled around with her fingers, she looked him straight in the eyes and had an eager smile as she awaited his question.
"When tomorrow arrives, what will we do next?"
Sonya giggled at what Haro had said.
"Well, we have to make our way out of Japan and we need a party since we will be heading towards the Forgotten Kingdom."
"Forgotten Kingdom?"
"Ohhh that's right, you don't know anything about the world outside of Japan."
Sonya flicked her forehead as if she was punishing herself for forgetting an important detail.
"The Forgotten Kingdom is a place from another Dimension that was brought here during the apocalypse. It's location is in the middle of The Philippines Sea, and it's pretty huge too."
That's quite far away..
"I'm guessing that there will be something interesting going down there that we can stream, right?"
"Yes! I knew you would get it!"
Sonya clapped a little to congratulate Haro but he just stared at her normally. Sayaka sighed.
"Sonya, I don't fully understand what your deal is and why you are here, but if Haro can trust you so will I. We need to make a plan but right now it's late, we need to sleep that way we can wake up feeling 100%."
"I agree with the purple haired lady, you need sleep master."
"Again, what did I say about that name!"
Haro pinched Sonya's ears slightly to punish her and she reacted with a squeal and plea.
"Owww Maste- I mean, Haro! Pleaseee Owww I'm sorry! Unhand me, Unhand me!"
Time had passed since then. Haro was sound asleep on his mattress.
Sleeping. Sleeping. Sleeping.
Out of nowhere, a warm feeling enveloped his right arm. It was a calming sort of warm, there was even something wet about it.
"Hehehehe.."
What was that sound??
Haro slowly opened his eyes and looking at his right arm he saw a beautiful girl wrapped around the arm. It was Sonya.
She was sound asleep and was making random sounds like giggling and had been mumbling absolute nonsense.
"Masterrrr don't punish meee.."
That warm feeling must've been coming from his pal since the star symbol was now shining a bright yellow, the wet feeling that Haro felt was becuase her lips were pressed against his palm.
This must be because of the Sould Binding thing.
Haro layed back down and stared at the ceiling.
"Hehehehe, I'll be good just for you Masterrrr.."
This is all so crazy, tomorrow we are going to plan what to do next, to find a way to get to that 'Forgotten Kingdom'. Plus I have to stream tomorrow too now since I'm trending, also it'll be interesting to have beings that aren't human watching the stream. Life in the new world as a streamer is moving fast and with people like Sonya and Sayaka by my side I'm going to make sure I seize it.
Haro smirked as he closed his eyes.
She said it best, I gotta strike while the irons hot!

With one clean swipe an elder orb monster got it's head cleanly cut in half. The two halves of the orb fell onto the floor. All the other orb monsters watched in fear.
"How many of you am I going to have to kill to get an answer?"
