"Things are going just the way I want them to, accordingly."
The man was sat on top of hundreds of orbs, ones he had gotten from slaying the beasts in the orb hideout.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a cigar.
He put it to his lips and lit the tip, then proceeded to inhale the grotty smoke. He looked upward and blew the smoke into the air.
"He should be coming any time now.."

It was dark. Completely dark. Haro's body was surrounded in black fog.
Where am I?
He was floating in the black fog, to describe the sensation it felt like skinny-dipping inside a bottomless sea, the pressure of the fog was pressing into him from all directions.
Most importantly, there was a name he couldn't get out of his head.
Loki... Loki... Loki...
That word, that name, that phrase. It played relentlessly inside of his mind, he didn't know if the name was trying to torture him or free him.
Loki... Loki... Loki...
Haro closed his eyes, curled up and blocked his ears with his palms in a desperate attempt to silence the name.
Loki... Loki... Loki...
"Stop it.."
Loki... Loki... Loki...
"STOP....!"
In a final desperate attempt, Haro yelled out a command to the name, and surprisingly it listened.
He saw a light shine from above, it was divine and beautiful.
Completely starstruck and in awe, Haro swam upward through the fog to reach the source of the light.
The light shone brighter. Brighter. Brighter.
Until.
"Haro!"
He opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was the dark sky along with two girls on each side of him.
He sat up and coughed as he did. He felt a deep pain in his chest that had seemingly came from nowhere.
"What happened..?"
Haro rubbed the back of his head as he spoke.
Hair feels warm, must've been out for a while.
"The moment we crossed through the exit you fell unconscious. I didn't know what to do, but Sonya seemed to know how to handle you."
Sayaka slowly stood up as she spoke, giving a brief rundown of the situation.
"She just sat to your side and circled her finger around the star symbol on your palm."
"My palm?"
Haro looked at his palm and say the star symbol, the thing that connected Haro and Sonya.
I forgot I had this.. My memory feels fuzzy..
The star symbol was a bit different now though, it was emitting a faint light.
"Masterrr!!!"
The girl to his left, Sonya, wrapped her arms around his waist and put her head against his warm chest.
"Master! I missed you! I missed you!"
She rubbed her face up and down Haro's chest, trying to feel more of his warmth.
"What did I tell you about calling me-!"
"Did I do good!?"
She stopped running her face on his chest and looked up to stare into his eyes. She just stared at him with her captivating yellow eyes as she awaited his answer.
Haro raised his hand, he wasn't sure how to give praise to the girl.
She acted a lot like a dog.. So it might makes sense to rub the top of her head and scruff her hair.. But I just met her and I don't want Sayaka to see that! I mean, I guess I could...
With his hand just a little big above Sonya's head, he patted her head precisely five times.
"Good job...?"
Her face went red.
"Master.. Are you praising me..? Does that mean....?"
Oh no..
"Does that mean you have fallen for me?! I knew it!"
She smirked with glee as she stood up over Haro.
"I just knew you couldn't help but fall for my beauty! Heh! No man would be able to resist my beautiful pale skin and luscious hair! But don't worry, Master, because I'm all yours!"
Haro stood up and stared into her face.
"Good, then prove that with a kiss."
"M-Master.."
She was shocked by his boldness, but even so she complied. She closed her eyes, puckered her lips, and leaned in to make contact with him.
Flick.
"Owwwww...!"
Haro had flicked Sonya on the forehead, sending a sharp pain through her.
"I told you not to call me Master multiple times now!"
"Grrrr, you deceiver! All men are dogs!"
"That's ironic when you act just like one!"
They started flicking each other back. It was an all-out flick fight.
Sayaka giggled as she watched Haro and Sonya flick each other in all sorts of different places.

After riding on the horses for a couple of hours the party had made a pit stop in the middle of Ground Zero.
The area was just a giant black crater. There wasn't anything in sight so the three took it as a resting place before the Orb Hideout.
Sonya was snoring loudly as she slept, tucked deeply with a blanket and using one of her horses as a pillow.
Sayaka and Haro on the other hand were still awake and sat around the campfire they had forged.
Took a while to get the fire up, needed chat's help.
Earlier when they arrived in Hiroshima they hadn't had a single idea of how to make a campfire, but thanks to the chat that had grown in size lots of chatters were able to give instructions.
Stream was now off though since they were preparing to sleep.
With Sonya asleep and the stream off it should be fine to ask questions.
"So, what really happened in 8 Legged Hell?"
Haro decided to break the silence around the campfire. When Haro spoke Sayaka raised her head to look at him.
"The moment we entered the fog wall into 8 Legged Hell me and Sonya where together still holding hands."
So they were transported together..
"When Sonya realized that you were gone, she started freaking out. Badly."
Haro rested his chin on his fist.
"Wow, really?"
"Yeah."
Sayaka stood up and walked toward Haro. She planted down next to him so they could speak more privately.
"Sayaka told me that the black fog doesn't have any affected on her or who she is holding, since she is a god.. And because she was holding my hand and not yours the only thing the black fog affected was you, Haro."
Haro sighed.
"Yeah, that makes sense."
The 8 Legged Hell was not too bad, even if there was a hurdle we still made it out safely..
"It's fine Sayaka. At least we know what this journey is setting up to be."
Sayaka put her hand on Haro's shoulder.
"I'm sorry I didn't let Sayaka hold your hand.. If she was in the middle than we all would've been transported to the same location.."
Haro stood up slowly and looked down at Sayaka.
"You have no reason to apologize. If anything it made the stream more exciting and we got 5k more subs."
While Haro and his party headed toward Ground Zero, Haro checked his stats and because of 8 Legged Hell his sub count rised from 15k to 20k.
Sayaka stared him into the eyes but quickly looked away shortly after.
"I just wish you could say I was in the wrong.."
Out of nowhere the two felt a rumbling beneath their feet. The fire immediately collapsed and Sonya woke up.
"Yawnnn.. What's Happening..?"
That's when it happened. That's when something terrifying happened.
In the far distance inside of Ground Zero, they saw it.
A gigantic centipede erupted from the ground, shoting upwards, then slammed back into the ground burrowing itself into the dirt.
"Sonya! Horses!"
In a desperate plea Sayaka directed her gaze to Sonya and commanded her to summon her horses. And summon her horses she did.
The three rode through Ground Zero.
"Stream start!"
I knew this place wasn't a simple resting place..
Haro grinned and chuckled softly as he rode on his horse.
This is another opportunity to shine!
