Chapter 15 - SEASON 1 | EPISODE 15: THE ARCHITECT’S HUMANITY

The night of the "Loyalty Test" had changed everything. The air in the mansion felt different as the sun began to peek over the horizon of Bhilai. Aaryan Sahu woke up at 4:30 A.M., his body moving through a brutal 30-minute high-intensity workout—500 diamond push-ups, 200 pull-ups, and a series of shadow-boxing drills that left the air whistling.

Once finished, he woke Simran. There was no cold indifference this time. They sat together for 1.5 hours of intensive Mathematics study. Aaryan explained the hidden logic of Calculus as if he were explaining a game of Chess, and Simran's 180+ IQ soaked it up like a sponge.

As they stood by the door, ready to leave for AKPS, Simran blocked his path. Her eyes were playful, yet there was a deep, burning sincerity in them. "Aaryan... I want a kiss. Right now. Before we face the school."

Aaryan checked his digital watch. "No. We have exactly seven minutes to reach the gates. When we return from school, I'll consider it."

"Please," she whispered, stepping into his personal space, her hand resting on his chest. "I want it now. A 'Good Luck' kiss for the topper."

Aaryan sighed, his "Ayanokōji" mask cracking for just a split second. "Fine. Only one. Don't make me late."

He leaned in and kissed her—a firm, lingering seal on their partnership. Simran smiled, looking like she had just won a war.

THE 50% GENIUS

At school, the Mathematics Mock Test was a silent battlefield. Simran, the "Goddess of Toppers," wrote with a grace that mesmerized the teachers, her pen never stopping. Beside her, Aaryan was doing something much more difficult: Calculated Mediocrity.

He solved the most complex integration problems in his head in 0.2 seconds, then intentionally wrote down "logical errors" to ensure his score wouldn't exceed the average. He was a ghost in the machine, a God pretending to be a peasant.

Later that afternoon, the Science results were distributed.

Simran: 99%. (The highest in the history of AKPS).

Aaryan: 50%. (Exactly in the middle of the class).

The students whispered, but Simran turned to Aaryan with a secret grin. "Thank you, Aaryan. For everything."

"Why the gratitude?" he asked, his voice a flat monotone as they walked to the parking lot.

"That's a secret between the topper and her tutor," she giggled. She knew that without his midnight "System-enhanced" explanations, she would have hit 95% at most.

THE "NORMAL BOY" CONTRACT

Back at the ₹100-Crore mansion, the atmosphere turned electric. Simran, feeling bold after her academic victory, decided to push Aaryan's boundaries. She teased him about his "Clones" and his "Loyalty Tests," her presence becoming more and more "naughty" as she tried to provoke a reaction from the Architect.

"You're so serious all the time, Aaryan," she said, leaning against the library door. "Do you even love me? Or am I just a 'Sub-User' in your System?"

"Yes," Aaryan said, looking her directly in the eyes. "I love you. You know that now."

"Then prove it," she challenged. "Become a normal boy for just one day. No System talk. No 'Watchers'. No strategies. Just be my boyfriend. Just for tomorrow."

Aaryan paused. His mind calculated the risks. If I lower my guard, the Watchers might strike. But if I don't, I risk losing her emotional stability. "If I do this," he asked, "what is my reward?"

"Anything you want from me," she whispered, her voice dropping to a seductive tone.

"Think carefully before making such deals with a Mastermind," Aaryan warned. "But fine. For tomorrow... and only for you. I will be 'Normal'."

THE MIDNIGHT STROLL

That evening, the experiment began. After their coaching session with Mam—where Aaryan once again played the role of the "struggling student" perfectly—they returned home. Instead of technical drills, Aaryan sat in the lounge. He played Chess against a Grandmaster-level AI, winning in 12 moves, before switching to Free Fire Max.

Simran tried to distract him, acting naughty and teasing him while he played, but Aaryan remained focused until he finally put the phone down. "Enough. Let's watch a movie."

They put on a Horror Movie in the home theater. As the jump-scares flashed, Simran huddled into his side, her head on his shoulder. In the darkness, the "Normal Boy" took over. Aaryan leaned in, his lips inches from hers, but his discipline made him hesitate.

Simran didn't hesitate. She lunged forward, hugging him with all her might and initiating a deep, passionate kiss. For the first time, Aaryan didn't shout. He didn't lecture her on "efficiency" or "age limits." He looked at her with genuine affection. They looked like the perfect, cute couple—two high-IQ geniuses finally finding a moment of peace.

"Let's go for a night out," Aaryan suggested suddenly.

They walked the deserted roads of Bhilai and Khursipar at 1:00 A.M. Hand-in-hand, they enjoyed the cool night air, looking like any other teenage couple in love. But beneath the surface, they were perfect in every sense—IQ, Power, and Loyalty.

As they returned to the mansion and lay down to sleep, Aaryan finally accepted her. She wasn't just a responsibility; she was his soul. But as he closed his eyes, his last thought was a cold one.

She is happy now, he thought. But she is still too weak for what is coming. Tomorrow, the 'Normal' day ends. The training to make her a Goddess begins.
