At this moment, Seele and Shun were sitting on the ground waiting for Kevin to finish up. Since the attacks from Kevin's side had long since stopped, Shun guessed that Kevin was probably already negotiating with Su.
In truth, Shun had no doubts about whether he and Seele could return. Even if Kevin and Su's relationship was at its worst right now, Su as a compassionate doctor would still casually pull out people trapped in the Sea of Quanta.
You have to know that Su had even taken the blame for Klein's death onto himself just to spare Mobius guilt though Mobius didn't believe it at all.
The only thing was, after returning, it would be best to find Misteln right away to report that he was safe. After all, he had vanished right in front of her eyes. It would be bad if she worried. Shun considered himself an important friend to Misteln, at least. Disappearing suddenly in front of her she must be frantic with worry.
Of course except Shun didn't know. If he knew that Misteln had directly committed suicide back into the Stigmata space just to search for him, he'd probably be even more shocked.
And since the topic had come to Misteln, it was necessary to mention the situation on World Serpent's side...
"I can't find him anymore..." Misteln Schariac, who had already reincarnated from the Stigmata space, knelt on the ground in a daze. Standing before her was Gray Serpent, whom Shun had notified to come pick her up.
Before this, Misteln had only ever felt this kind of powerlessness once before. The last time was at Alexandra's bedside she hadn't even had the chance to properly say goodbye. When they met again, all Misteln saw was a solitary grave, burying her only friend.
The second time this time she was once again helplessly separated from her friend. And this time, Shun's disappearance was even related to her. This was something Misteln could not accept. She couldn't bear for her now only friend to be separated from her by life and death once more.
"So? You want to go find him?" Gray Serpent 10086 said expressionlessly in his flat mechanical voice. Don't say it he actually felt a little like laughing. Misteln might not know Shun that well, but he, Gray Serpent, did. Just not long ago, the Lord had even greeted him.
Still, letting Misteln enter the world could be considered a good thing it could make up for World Serpent's current lack of high-end combat power. In fact, Misteln could already control her body to prevent Honkai energy from leaking outward, but all these years she had simply been convincing herself not to leave this place. Misteln, who had no attachment to this world, was like a ghost drifting outside it.
But today, because of an accident, Misteln had the idea of entering the world. This was good news for Gray Serpent. After carefully choosing his words, the terminal Gray Serpent said, "In that case, World Serpent will provide intelligence support from behind. If there's any news of Shun, we'll inform you as well."
(Ah, damn it I actually called that lord by name. 10086, you really deserve to die. But this is a necessary sacrifice.) Gray Serpent No. 10086's inner self kept condemning himself. He decided that when he got back, he'd replace this mouth it couldn't stay.
"By the way, World Serpent found Alexandra's daughter." Gray Serpent dropped a bombshell, saying something that shocked Misteln once again.
"Found her? Is she still alive?" Misteln asked indifferently.
Gray Serpent hadn't expected this reaction from Misteln. In his imagination, logically, Misteln should have been overjoyed. He had even planned to use this news to distract her and get her to go look for Bronya first.
With things having come to this, Gray Serpent could only steel himself and say, "Uh, still alive. Never worries about food or clothing every day."
"That's good. As long as she's not dead." To be honest, Misteln actually quite disliked Alexandra's daughter whom she'd never met. If not for her, how could Alexandra have died? She possessed Stigmata she should have had near-infinite lifespan.
Now Misteln only cared about whether Bronya was alive or not. As long as she wasn't dead, it was fine so as not to let Alexandra's sacrifice go to waste.
Gray Serpent looked at Misteln and, for some reason, felt like he was staring into a black hole. Goodness, what was with this feeling like a widowed widow? Honestly, he'd only ever seen such a heavy-gravity expression on Lord Mobius's side before.
"Now, the most important thing is to find Shun as quickly as possible got it?" Misteln said to Gray Serpent impolitely, almost like issuing an order, completely disregarding that Gray Serpent's status in World Serpent was far higher than hers as Hare.
What could Gray Serpent do? Facing this girl who looked like she played in a band and had gravity-type vibes, he had to obey first. Plus, he'd deceived Misteln earlier, so he naturally had no confidence.
Watching Misteln's resolute figure floating down the mountain, Gray Serpent suddenly hoped she wouldn't cause any major chaos in the human world. Otherwise, with the other side's mental strength that could be called mini-Aponia, he felt deep sympathy for Schicksal and Anti-Entropy hoping everyone stays safe.
The perspective returned once more to the Sea of Quanta. Shun and Seele finally met this [Celestial Wisdom] Flame-Chaser, Su. Shun was still thinking about how to start the conversation, while Seele was wondering if he doesn't open his eyes, can he even see the road?
In short, the three of them were each thinking about different things. In the end, it fell to Su to break the ice.
"Kevin already told me. Shun, and Seele, right? In a moment, I'll use the power of the Second Divine Key, Cosmic Juggernaut, to send you back to the native world. When the time comes, remember not to resist."
Seele thought: What is he saying? I don't know, I'll just follow big brother Shun anyway. Shun had already guessed how Su would send them back. There were only a few ways to return anyway it couldn't possibly be opening the Eye of the Abyss and letting the two of them leave. Right now, Arc City was still under Anti-Entropy's control. Though Anti-Entropy was weak, Shun wasn't like Durandal who could solo Anti-Entropy's forces. Fighting would definitely end in losses.
Su stood in place with his eyes tightly closed, seemingly preparing something. Suddenly, he opened his dark red pupils and chanted under his breath. "Second Divine Key: Cosmic Juggernaut, First Rated Power: Horizon Inversion."
[Horizon Inversion] was Cosmic Juggernaut's ability to open the Sea of Quanta. Fifteen hundred years ago, it was this very move that had thrown Kevin into the Sea of Quanta. Now, this ability would open the door for Shun and Seele back to the native world.
"The passage to the native world has been opened. Prepare yourselves and do not resist Cosmic Juggernaut's pull. I'll wait for you in the Seed of Sumeru." After saying that, this spiritual clone of Su dissipated, leaving behind only a green Bodhi leaf. Without Su's power, it was just an ordinary leaf.
Shun looked at the continuously descending beam of light and said to Seele, "Seele, hold on to me tightly. We're going home."
"Mm!" Seele obeyed, throwing herself into Shun's arms and hooking her hands together behind his back. Shun also lifted Seele's petite body, waiting for the beam of light to descend.
Once the beam of light vanished from the Sea of Quanta, there were no longer any traces of Shun or Seele in that place.
