"Ma'am," an assistant said, stepping forward slightly. "The company is flourishing."
The lady sat calmly, her fingers tapping lightly against the desk. "Hmm," she hummed softly. "I know."
She lifted her gaze slowly. "But there's a reason for creating this company," she continued. "And I'd like you to go back and continue the ledger."
