Anisha strolled through the lively market, two guards trailing behind her.
Getting out of the palace for the first time, Anisha couldn't help but feel happy.
A smile hooked onto her face as she watched people interact, buying and selling.
A sweet stand caught her attention, and she walked over to it.
"Good morning, my lady," the middle-aged man behind the stand greeted.
Anisha picked one and tasted it. The next moment, her face twisted in pleasure.
How come it was more delicious than the ones they served back in the palace?
"You make really good sweets, sir," Anisha complimented.
"Please, please… my lady, do not flatter me. I'm sure you've tasted ones that are better than mine," he said humbly.
"My lady, should we buy one roll?" Crystal asked.
Anisha nodded in approval. "Definitely."
When the man arranged it for them, Crystal handed the box to the guard to carry.
He seemed surprised, but Crystal didn't bother with him. Anisha looked at her as they continued walking.
