Vincent's POV
Vincent spent twelve hours verifying every detail in Grace's report.
He used people he trusted absolutely. He traced money through accounts that shouldn't be traceable. He confirmed signatures against records that weren't supposed to exist. He built his own case independent of what Grace had given him.
Every detail was correct.
His youngest son had used family money to order a hit. Dominic had made a business decision about family operations without consulting the godfather. Dominic had fundamentally broken the rules that held the organization together.
Vincent sat in his study at 4 AM and felt his rage crystallizing into something cold and precise.
He wasn't going to explode. Exploding was what weak men did. Vincent was going to move strategically. He was going to gather information. He was going to build a case so devastating that no one in the organization could deny what Dominic had done.
