Chapter 11 - Rest

With a push from behind, Moonlight fell deep into a landslide. Therefore, dirtying his brightly colored clothes, in which transformed it to a shade of brown. With tiny holes that proves color was once present.

"That— damn!" Moonlight shouted, slamming his hands at the residing rock. Therefore, causing a tiny crack which evolved to a body sized crater.

"Tchh, I'm too dangerous" Noticing the damage, he covered his hands deep into his body.

As he stood up, there was no sign of scratch on his tiny body, only traces of dirt and leaves.

He looked forward.

The world beyond was o longer of green, but of nature's blessings. A wide lake stretched left and right and beyond, bearing healthy grasses at his opposites. The sunlight shin brightly, dearly on the land giving it raw life.

"Wow…" Moonlight exclaimed, his eyes in disbelief and in shock as he could not continue. His expression reading 'Am I truly in the forest?' One may think.

He moved closer ignoring the grass area he turned stone. Closer, he found its water pure and glimmering in the ensuing sunlight. Therefore, his eyes, was just the only way to read his expressions.

Moonlight bent to the lake in a drinking posture.

He stopped halfway.

At his front, a familiar setting resided. As usual, trees covered up the side of the forest leaving a small pathway enough for a human or two to pass through.

"If I go, there is a high chance I will get attacked from nowhere" Moonlight murmured as he laid his head.

"And I don't yet know how to sense Elro"

"Cloud knows. I don't" said Moonlight quietly.

The atmosphere contributed to the calm and precise thinking. He folded his legs upward and his hands as his back kissed the ground, staring at the dim morning sun.

"Elro is life energy, right" He muttered.

"If I can sense where life is abundant— he rose up instantly "I can definitely sense and see the centre"

"But how do I…" His tone fell flat as he found his butt on the ground again. The aura around him felt gloomy.

An imaginary wind flew past his bobbing head.

"The grass is green, the sky… a beautiful blue. Hah, the morning sun and my cloth as dirty as brown—.What am I saying!" Hallucinations overtook his mind as his heart spelt 'I am bored'

He looked around, observing his surroundings.

HUFF

"What do I do" he murmured.

And he pondered before closing his eyes "I wonder what Cloud is doing"

*

An hour passed, Moonlight had not moved from his location but spent his time stressing his head, the grass below him receiving dramatic change from his dirty linen.

His head bobbed, watching time pass peacefully.

"Well, I've thought too much, better start counting"

He groaned as he got up and set his sights on the always mysterious forests ahead of him.

As he walked, he said "Let the first hour begin"
