Beginning
Location: A Distorted Void
Within a distorted dimension...
A place resembling a royal chamber.
Yet every corner was filled with lingering sorrow.
The room was half-consumed by darkness.
At its center...
A lone man knelt, crying uncontrollably.
He whispered to himself.
Reinhardt (through broken breaths):
"Why me...?"
"Why am I always the one who loses everything...?"
He lowered his head.
Reinhardt:
"Within this empty place..."
"I always run away from reality."
"A place I've come to know only through sorrow..."
"Even though discovering it once brought me happiness."
"Time moves painfully slowly here..."
"Despite how quickly it passes in the real world."
Scene Shift — Arlyox's Castle
Inside a dark castle...
A man with pale skin and four demonic horns slowly smiled.
His violet eyes radiated pure malice...
Mixed with overwhelming excitement.
It was as though he had just realized something...
Something capable of changing the entire game in his favor.
Arlyox (cunningly):
"So your foolish death wasn't meaningless after all, Lucifer..."
"Instead..."
"You revealed my winning card."
Arlyox raised one hand.
A sinister demonic ritual began.
Dark symbols spread across the floor.
A massive demonic circle appeared.
Moments later—
A shadowy soul rose from the depths of Hell.
Dark brown hair.
Hazel eyes.
It was Lucifer.
Arlyox smiled.
Arlyox:
"What do you think about becoming one of my Shards, Lucifer?"
"Given your strength..."
"Once you become a demon..."
"You would naturally become the new Sixth Shard..."
Suddenly—
Arlyox's face twisted with anger.
Arlyox:
"Because that wretched woman... Alia..."
"Betrayed her position and fled."
Before he could continue—
A strange laugh echoed throughout the room.
Arlyox turned.
Lucifer...
Was laughing at him.
Lucifer (smirking):
"And you actually think I'd agree?"
"I'm a dragon."
"Dragons aren't deceived so easily."
"Not even your magic can control me."
He stared directly into Arlyox's eyes.
Lucifer:
"I came to you in the first place only to find him."
"And now..."
"You expect me to become his enemy all over again?"
"How foolish."
The summoning circle shattered.
The spell collapsed.
Lucifer's soul disappeared.
As though it had never been there.
Arlyox clenched his fists.
Arlyox (furious):
"That bastard..."
"How dare he refuse me?!"
Three Years Earlier
Inside the very same dark castle...
The doors of Arlyox's throne room slowly opened.
A young man entered.
Dark brown, unkempt hair.
Hazel eyes.
Elegant noble clothing.
He stopped before Arlyox's throne.
Then spoke.
Lucifer:
"External Ruler Arlyox..."
"I've come with a proposal that benefits us both."
Arlyox looked amused.
Arlyox:
"I never expected the son of one of those foolish dragons to come seeking my help."
"Very well."
"Let's hear your proposal."
Lucifer:
"You already know that the Kingdom of Arlin is truly under my control."
"Araks is nothing more than a puppet sitting on the throne."
"The entire kingdom will belong to you."
"We'll wage wars under your command..."
"Even if it costs us our lives."
Arlyox leaned back.
Arlyox:
"An interesting offer..."
"But what exactly do you gain from it?"
"From my perspective..."
"I'm the only one benefiting."
Lucifer answered immediately.
Lucifer:
"In exchange..."
"I ask for only one thing."
"Bring back my childhood friend..."
"Whether he's alive..."
"Or dead."
Arlyox smiled faintly.
Arlyox:
"A tempting offer..."
"But remember..."
"His return isn't guaranteed."
"Even if I can resurrect humans..."
"I still don't truly control them."
Lucifer nodded.
Lucifer:
"I accept."
Back to the Present
Arlyox's expression darkened.
Arlyox (angrily):
"Out of everyone in the entire universe..."
"His foolish childhood friend just had to be..."
"That bastard..."
"Kaith Azthiron."
He laughed bitterly.
Arlyox:
"How amusing."
Scene Shift — The Battlefield
Kaith fought side by side with his soldiers.
The warriors of Arlin continued to fall one after another.
Victory...
Already belonged to the Kingdom of Ars.
Then—
The ground began to shake violently.
A massive earthquake erupted beneath both armies.
The earth exploded upward.
Countless soldiers were thrown into the air.
Before anyone could react...
The ground split open.
Three enormous demonic heads burst from beneath the battlefield.
Each head possessed seven terrifying demonic horns.
Then...
The rest of the creature emerged.
A gigantic white dragon.
Four massive wings.
Three colossal heads.
A horrifying presence.
Its aura drained the warmth from every living body...
Until the cold itself became painful.
Everyone stood frozen in shock.
But...
One person recognized it immediately.
Kaith's eyes widened in disbelief.
Kaith (shocked):
"Arblex...?"
