Clanck clank steel armor colliding against the stone floor could be heard as Queen Esarosa walked slowly towards a room with a head dripping out blood held in her hand as entered the conference room in her palace, the loud clacking sound followed her body rhythm as she entered the conference she had no smile on her face.The leaders of the five great houses simultaneously turned their heads around and looked at the door as they were drawn in by the loud clancking sound as they saw Queen Esarosa they lowered their heads out of instinct avoiding her lifeless eyes as they saw the head held in her hand, shivers went down their spines and sweat became apparent on their was as they saw the decapitated head of the leader of house Aerion.
Esarosa walked in the room slowly as she went to the empty sit at the head of the table where a tall large build man with golden hair stood, she nodded her head at Ivar and Ivar slightly bowed and pulled the sit back and Queen esarosa sat down as she sat on the sit she put the head on the long table on display for everyone to see.
" I take it that Ivar update all of you on what happened to house Aerion."
" Yes your majesty the royal advisor has told us about Carrion breaking the sussecion rules."
Every leader of the great houses simultaneously said these words towards Queen esarosa as a respons.
" That is good now let me tell you all the real reason that Carrion betrayed me and thought that he could kill my beloved son unjustly and break the throne rules to tip the scale in towards his family in the succession war, for the past few months that desolate southern region filled with those entities has been sending spies in our kingdom and every time my guards would eliminate him before they could gather anything or so we thought it seem they are aware that we have been frequently attacked by high tier profane beast and i believe that one of the high ranking entities of that region convinced Carrion to join their side for a price ."
" Your majesty how did you figure all of that out."
The old gentleman with strands of white hair on his head questioned.
" oh that is easy the moment that Carrion betrayed me I knew that he was not alone because he would not fight a losing battle which means the person thar convinced him to turn against me is at my level or superior, and when i left his manor after taking his life as my wolfs feasted upon the dead bodies of his family I sensed the Aura of the southerners in one of the rooms.
As they heard the Queens last sentence all the leaders gulped as they throats became parched due to her words.
" But your majesty why would the entities of the southern region work with Carrion."
The chubby leader of one of the great houses asked.
" That is a good question but the answer is simple we all know that in recent years the desolate southern region has become more and more desolate unable to sustain the entities and people leaving in that region and now that they have seen that the may be a saint level profane beast in our land the have the perfect opportunity to invade our region and start a war with us since we cannot deal with a external and internal threat at once."
" oh now I understand but where does Carrion fit in all of that."
The women with short brown hair asked.
" That is easy Carrion would have been the person to force me to concede land to the southern region to stop the war and fight against the internal threat that may eliminate our kingdom, and knowing me they will expect me to reject his offer and some way some how I would be portrayed as a villian and end up dead in his hands and he would be crowned the new monarch and the southerners will get what they want without spilling blood."
How does she know all of this the five leader of the great houses thought to themselves as they listened at what Queen Esarosa was saying.
" So every prepare your soldiers for war I don't know when it will happen but I know that it will since the have already made the first move and it was unsuccessful they second move may succeed."
All the leaders got up bowed to the Queen and left as they chat amongst each other.
" My Queen how did you find all of that out do you have some new ability that can see the future."
" No ivar I don't have any ability of that sort it just that my heavenly lady silvermoon has shown me what would have happened in the future and why it would have happend you know how her domain deals with time and space right?"
" oh I understand so the goddess gave you a revelation."
" Yeah but that I not important right now let's go and get my son healed."
A few hours later Queen Esaros and Ivar entered the room that was made out of cobblestone in the bloodlake forest but this time they brought someone else that was covered in a purple coat hiding her features as they entered the room Sophia stood up from her sit that was next to Kai's bed as she bowed at her majesty.
" Your majesty you came back fast."
"Ohh did I well don't mind me I always tend to finish task at a fast pace."
Huh? She considers wiping out a great house in mere hours a task the Queen truly is deserving of her title.
" So Sophia has their been any changes in his situation."
" No your majesty he is still unconscious."
" strange what ability did that entity use on him he can't be unconscious just because of his unhealing wounds, Mercury go and bund that thing to him."
" Yes your majesty."
The women in a puple caot answered as he walked toward Kai standing above his unconscious body she took out a wooden puppet that had only a mouth on it's face and placed it onto his right hand with her hand ontop of it.
" Soul bind."
As the women said that purple aura came out the hand that was placed ontop of the wooden puppet the puppet stared to fuse into Kai as it began to take the shape of a brown wooden tattoo on his forearm as the puppet fully merged with him blood red strings started to rush out of the wooden puppet on his forearm as it began to heal all of his wounds on his face as the strings went into his eyesless eyesocket forming new eyes, ears and a new nose. His body started to levitate as the strings went all over his body and began to strech out of the room into the sky as a large illusory wooden puppet that had only a mouth on it's face formed.
Mercury looked at the Queen in shock.
" I don't know what is happening your majesty that thing should not be appearing right know."
Mercury said as she stepped back from the Kai carefully while not turning her back to him. As the Queen heard her words and saw her actions she slowly drew her sword from her sheat.
" No don't worry I know it seems I made a mistake by not beign able to tell that this wooden puppet is fifth tier artifact."
As she was about to rush at the puppet Kai suddenly opened his eyes as he landed on the floor as his eyes slowly opened and with that the illusory large wooden puppet dissappeared.
strange truly strange to think that a fifth tier artifact would would be able to be used by a fist tier lehem practitioner Sophia and Ivar simultaneously though as they looked atbkai that was standing before them.
Queen Esarosa walked up to Kai and gave him a big hug as she held him tightly in her arms.
" sorry son for putting you in danger."
Kai held Queem Esarosa tightly in his arm as he softly spoke.
" No need to to apologize mother I know you would never put me in danger knowingly and it was my fault for even entertaining the idea to fight against a high level demonic entity, not to change topics or anything but I got to ask why is my mother covered in blood."
Kai asked while looking at armor.
" ohh about that you may need to ask your mother about that."
Ivar answered his question,Kai looked at his mother and she proceeded to retell everything that had happend while he was unconscious leaving out the part of the southern regions involvement in Carrions betrayal.
" oh something like that happend strange why would one of the six great house go against the succession rules."
Kai said while scratching that balc of his head.
" oh well that does not matter all of that is behind, and who is this person."
Kai asked pointing at the women in a purple coat that hid her features.
" Don't worry about her you don't need to know her yet."
Ivar answered as she escorted the women out of the room.
" Well Kai I thought that after you came out of the bloodlake forest I would send you to the army to fight some profane beings but after seeing you like that I cannot bring myself to send you out of my sight again so I have decide you will join the Esarosa Academy learn and gain more experience about our world and different ways of fighting."
" Huh a academy that sounds nice."
Maybe I will meet those beautiful ladies again firm the Augustus and Alcon families, Kai pondered as he began to have vivid images of sky and Amilia creep into his had and a wide lustful grin appeared on his face.
"Why are you smiling."
Sophia said as she looked at the wide grin that kai had on his face.
" ohh just thinking on how fun the academy will be."
Kai Said while sheepishly chuckling.
