As Kai turned around he saw a red haired girl with with medium sized breast, crimsom eyes and redish lips she wore red armor as she walked towards Kai and in her hand she held a thick long halberd. Kai turned towards the the voice that called to him and saw her.
" oh it's you hey."
Amilia had a grin on her face as she stood five inches away from Kai's face, Kai looked at the women towering infront of him as he looked at her breasts that were covered in arm.
" My eyes are up here little boy."
Amilia said as she looked down on Kai with sheepish grin on her face. Clearing his throat Kai answered.
"It is not my problem that you are so tall miss Augustus."
Kai answered while blushing.
" Yeah you are right, but what are you doing here I thought maybe you were a second or third year when you deafeted us at the training courtyard."
" No you thought wrong it's my first time stepping foot in this academy, but let's forget all that do you know where I can go to register as a student in this academy I seem to be lost."
Kai said with a bright dazzling smile on his face, Amilia was stunned for a moment as she looked at his smile as she had thought that she had never seen such a beautiful smile from a boy.
" ahem well you are not lost you are at the right place."
" what do you mean i don't see any place that I can register as a student at."
Kai said as he looked around.
" I see well it's seem you are not from the great houses, lesser houses and noble families if you don't know what is going on here, you see that group of people their are here to take the test that will determine if the will be admitted in our academy if they pass it."
So there is a test why didn't Ivar and mother tell me about, well if they did not tell me than it means the test is going to be hard, Kai thought as he looked at Amilia's face.
" So I will have to take a test so if I was from the noble,great and lesser families would I take the test?."
" No you would not it is the prevelige of the houses to not not take part in the test since our families are the founders of the Academy and all that."
"Ohh I see, so if this place is for test takers what are you doing here."
" oh little Ole me just came here to see if their are any people that I can scout to join my family, so what about it boy you want to join my family I will make you my right hand man after all you did protect me and if I rise up to be a queen one day I might make you my royal advisor."
Amilia said that as a she smiled at Kia.
Little how dare this gaintess call her self little, so she came here to scout for her family.
" Thank you for the offer Miss Augustus but I don't think that I will ever join any of the houses out of personal reasons."
Kai said as he slightly bowed to her.
" oh it seem you are one of those that don't want to be tied down by others I like that."
" Thank you for understanding so are you the only one that is student scouting."
" No i am not some of the memebers of the other houses have left ohh and can you stop calling me Miss Augustus you make me feel old."
" Sorry about that than I will call you Amilia."
" Good as I was saying I not the only one that came here Sky was here too but she had to go back to her dorm to get some sleep."
" Ohh Miss Sky was here too, one thing I don't understand since you are all here to scout how can you tell which person is strong enough if you have not seen them fight."
" Well that is easy we can tell by their Aura and we can also tell by thier grades and by those that come back alive, but something is weird about you I cannot sense your Aura it is like you are not human."
As Amilia was speaking something she said caught Kai's attention.
Those that come back alive? Huh so it seems that this test of their's will be something exciting for me but it's a shame that some of them might not make it Kia pondered as he looked back at the group of teenagers that were standing in a line.
" Hey are you listening to me."
" Yes i am."
Kai said as he turned his head back facing Amilia.
" I was just distracted."
" That is good well good luck on your test I will be rooting for you lover boy."
Amilia said as she unexpectedly kissed Kai on the cheeks and turned away walking back towards a stand were a group of people sat watching the new batch of student. As she walked back Kai was dumbfounded as he stared at the Amilia's back as he slowly walked away. He held his hand on his cheek as he slightly blushe while muttering.
" That is the first kiss that I women that was not my mother gave me."
As he muttered these words someone shouted behind him.
Every one that plans to take a combat role in the possible future in our kingdom must go to the left those that want non combatative must head to the right. As soon as the man with ash brown hair, hazel eyes, a thin nose and thin mouth that wearing black armor with a sword sheated on his waist said these words the two hundred people that stood in a line split up in two group a hundred of them went right where a elderly scholar like man with a notebook in his stood infrotn of a entrance, the other hundred went left following the man in black armor.
As Kai saw this he snapped out of his daze as he rushed towards the group that was heading to the left as he reached the group he heard a few of the people Infront of him softly muttering.
" I heard the in the test we will be facing a few profane monsters and mythical creatures and some entities."
" Yeah i heard that too."
As Kai finally caught up to the group her walked slowly behind the people that were infornt of him, after walking for a while the finally reached a platform that had a lot of different symbols and sigils drawn on the ground as they walked up to the platform their was large pillar that was mad of grey stone that had a hand carved into it at the bottom.
The man that wore black armor walked towards the pillar and turned around facing the student and began to speak.
" My name is Hashim Williams I will be the observer of your test and hopefully when some of you pass I will be your teacher, do you all understand."
" Yes sir." Every simultaneously answered while slightly bowing their heads.
" Good first thing is first in this test you will have to kill about a certain number of creatures and the amount of creatures you kill will determine your rank and your rank will determine of you will be accepted into this rank and don't worry you kills will be observed by the others in the place that we wil be going to, now the rules of the test are simple fight on your own and use no abilities."
As the kids heard the rules loud mummers could be heard as the kids spoke over each other.
" how are we supposed to kill the profane without any." Some said
" The great houses probably want to cull the strong people that are not part of the own families that's why we are taking such a test and their children are not" some mummered
Kai looked around the people that were panicking as he shook his head.
Do they think that they can use their abilities on end don't they know they will tire themselves out I found that out the hard way to think I was unconscious for a long time, Kai thought as he looked at the people whispering all around him.
" Calm down all of you this is for your own benefit since all of you are first tier lehem practitioners you probably don't know this but if you over use your abilities the fatigue In your but will accumulate to the point that you may lose consciousness in a middle of fight and that will cost you your lives that is way we always encourage our students that are stil at the lower tiers to always fight using the strength and mind to finsih of profane creatures that are on their levels and this test will test if you can defeat creatures without using your abilities nobody is forced to take the test if you feel that you cannot participate in fear of losing your life than you may leave."
As Hashim said that the people went quite as the thought about his words, as none left the platform Hashim spoke again.
" Since you all will be staying let us go to the testing field."
As he said that he turned around and went to the large pillar and inserted his palm into the palm caved into the pillar and the platform began to glow as everyone that was standing on the platform dissappeared and appeared in a dark grim jungle as the looked around everything was green form the trees to the grass as they examined the jungle the teacher spoke.
" This is were you will be taking your test now all of you dispers in different directions and remember what I said we will be watching but that does not mean we will save you survival of the fittest now go."
As everyone heard that they went into dispersed into different directions as they run searching for any craature to elimanate for their assessment.
