When the smoke finally cleared, Mio was still standing, looking entirely unfazed.
"Hahahaha! Let's fight some more!" I roared, the adrenaline surging through my veins. I charged forward, pistol aimed squarely at her heart.
In a blink, she vanished. Before I could process her movement, she reappeared at my flank. I pivoted to block, but her speed was so fast. A flash of light followed, and my arm hit the ground. As the flesh began to knit together to regenerate, she swept low, taking my leg with precision.
"Shit," I grunted.
Mio didn't give me a second chance. With a swift, blurred motion, she took my head.
My decapitated body slumped, but Mio didn't lower her guard. "I know you're alive," she said, her voice cold. "This is just a clone."
As if on cue, the space behind her tore open. I stepped out from a dark gap, my expression twisting into something far more sinister.
"Yukari, kill Westcott. My patience is running low," I commanded, my eyes glowing a deep, predatory red.
"Fine. The show was already ruined anyway," Yukari sighed. In an instant, she teleported directly in front of Westcott.
"Goodbye," she whispered. She aimed her folding fan at his head. Before the gore could even splatter, a gap opened in front of Ruby, shielding her eyes from the sight of Westcott's head exploding into a crimson mist.

"Heh, we won't need you just yet," Yukari murmured to the notification before drifting over to join Sakuya in the confrontation against Mio. "Don't mind me!"
Yukari waved her hand, opening a dozen gaps in the air around Mio, unleashing a barrage of spell cards.
"Time to pull out all the stops!" I shouted
.
"Shikigami: 'Ran Yakumo'!" Yukari's voice rang out.
"Deflation World'" I said.
Mio raised a hand to sweep our attacks aside, but her expression flickered.
"Useless," she began, but then her eyes widened. Her powers weren't responding.
"Huh?"
"You don't have power here," yukari told her, charging toward her. She tried to weave through the incoming danmaku, but the patterns were absolute; it was impossible to dodge them all.
I flickered out of existence, reappearing directly behind her. "By the way... that's my word."
"Useless, useless, useless!"
I vanished again. Mio found herself frozen, paralyzed by an unseen force. Then, the sky darkened as I reappeared high above, hauling a massive yellow construction vehicle from a gap.
"ROAD ROLLER DA!" I screamed, slamming the heavy machinery down onto her.
"MUDA! MUDA! MUDA! MUDA!"
I unleashed a flurry of punches into the metal, the force compressing the air until the entire thing erupted in a violent explosion.
"Well, that was fun," Mio said, remarkably standing up from the smoking wreckage, brushing dust off her shoulder. "But I guess that's enough. See you again."
Without another word, she vanished into thin air.
"Well... that was weird," Ruby and Yukari said in unison.
"So, the deed is done?" I asked, turning to Yukari.
"Yep. We can head to the next world now."
"Good. Let's head back, say our goodbyes, and leave."
"Sure," Yukari agreed, opening a gap that led straight back to the school grounds.
The moment we stepped through, a blur of violet hair slammed into me. "Darling!" Miku cried, wrapping her arms around me in a vice-like hug.
"So, anyways, we are leaving," Yukari announced casually.
"Eh!?" Shido yelped, stumbling back. "What? Why!?"
"That's a secret," Yukari said, her eyes narrowing playfully. "And if you try to stop us... well, I guess you already know what happens."
"Wait, what!? You're leaving!?" Miku's grip tightened, her eyes turning frantic. "No, no, no! You won't be leaving! If you can't stay, then I'll come with you!"
I didn't have time for a long goodbye. I pulled out my Lunar Clock.

Miku froze mid-stride, locked in a pocket of stopped time.
"Yukari, quickly, let's go!" I yelled.
Ruby jumped into the portal immediately. Yukari, wearing a mischievous smirk, gave me a firm shove into the rift. Before stepping in herself, she snapped her fingers, unfreezing Miku. Miku's eyes widened as she saw the portal closing and, without hesitation, she lunged inside.
"Well... I don't see any consequences by doing this," Yukari mused to herself before vanishing into the gap.
