We didn't waste any more time. Roland quickly took charge of the situation and ordered everyone to evacuate. We sprinted out of the building with Roland leading the way, Johann pacing the newbies in front of him, while I ran alongside him. Kate guarded our rear together with Lukas.
"Crap! Faster, everyone! I can't imagine what happens if we get caught by a god disturbed from its beauty sleep," Lukas yelled from behind. Johann nodded, his face grim. "It might have sensed our sertium emission."
"Regardless, the data we have is massively flawed, it is clearly outdated, something must have happened a week prior for something like this to happen." Roland chimed in, his breath visible in the cold air. The temperature dropped as we moved, chilling us to the bone. I shivered not just from the cold but from numbness creeping over me. I fought it with everything I had and pressed forward with the team.
