Far beyond Earth…
Beyond space.
Beyond anything humans could measure.
There existed a mysterious dimension, a place that looked like an endless dark hall floating in the void.
Inside the hall, a meeting was taking place.
Twenty figures sat around a massive circular table.
Ten men.
Ten women.
Their appearances were different, but the power surrounding them felt overwhelming.
One of the men spoke first.
His voice echoed in the strange dimension.
"So…"
"Are we ready to sacrifice 29 million more humans?"
Silence filled the hall.
Another figure tapped the table slowly.
"The blueprints have already been stolen," he said.
"The experiment cannot stop now."
The blueprint they were talking about belonged to Dr. Vedant Thakur.
Those documents contained designs for something terrifying.
A machine capable of evolving humans into superhumans.
And even worse…
A machine capable of creating new dimensions.
Humanity was never supposed to have such technology.
One woman sitting at the table leaned back in her chair.
She casually opened a bottle of beer.
The sound of the cap popping echoed in the silent room.
She took a sip and smiled.
"I heard something interesting," she said lazily.
"One of our army members got killed."
A few of the others looked at her.
"He was strong enough to destroy an entire skyscraper in seconds."
She shrugged.
"Maybe he lost because of his ego."
Or maybe…
He underestimated his opponent.
Meanwhile — South Korea
The once-busy capital of Seoul had turned into a wasteland.
Entire districts had been erased after the golden energy sphere struck the city.
Rescue teams and military units searched the ruins.
But something strange disturbed the investigators.
There were almost no bodies.
Standing in the middle of the destruction was a man named Namjhoo Kim.
He stared at the empty ruins.
"…Holy shit."
He crouched down and touched the ground.
"There are not even dead bodies here…"
"Did they… evaporate?"
Namjhoo had a special ability.
He could see footsteps, even if someone erased them.
Tiny traces of movement appeared before his eyes like glowing trails.
He followed them slowly.
"They went… this way."
After investigating for a while, he sighed.
"There's nothing left here."
He returned to his car.
A black Mercedes‑Benz G‑Class.
The engine roared as he drove away from the destroyed city.
The glowing footprints led him far away…
Toward a dense jungle outside Seoul.
"Namjhoo didn't know then—couldn't have known, really—that the road he was on didn't just lead to the edge of town. It led to the end of everything. It was the last place he'd ever see with living eyes."
Meanwhile — United States
In a quiet hotel room somewhere in the United States, two people sat across from each other.
One of them was Manasvi.
The other was Franklin Tyson.
Franklin looked serious.
"So," he said.
"You heard the news."
Manasvi lit a cigarette.
The smoke slowly filled the room.
"Yes."
She exhaled calmly.
"I want to go to Korea as soon as possible."
She gestured with the cigarette.
"Want one?"
Franklin accepted it.
She tossed the lighter toward him.
After lighting it, he leaned back.
"Do you think this is the work of the Forest Organization?"
Manasvi stayed silent for a moment.
Then she shook her head slightly.
"Did you ask Dr. Vedant Thakur what was inside the blueprints?"
Franklin asked.
Manasvi looked down at the cigarette between her fingers.
"…He died."
Franklin frowned.
What?"
"His heart was crushed," she said quietly.
"But the outside of his body was completely fine."
Franklin's eyes narrowed.
"Telekinesis?"
"Maybe," Manasvi replied.
She stared at the news report on the television showing the destruction of Seoul.
The room became silent.
Then she muttered slowly.
"I don't even know what's going to happen in the future."
Outside the window, the city lights flickered peacefully.
But across the world…
Something had already begun.
And the next catastrophe might be far worse than the destruction of Seoul.
