DEMONESS AT THE AUCTION 🔥
Part 9
Veronica looked at Ayla nervously, then quickly turned to Ethan:
"I just want to take a shower and go to sleep. We'll discuss the rest later."
She stood up abruptly and grabbed Ayla's hand:
"Come with me. Get my clothes ready so I can take a shower."
Inside the room, Ayla sat down heavily, wincing in pain.
Veronica closed the door and rushed to her side, her voice stern and urgent:
"You must stop her, Ayla. She's just a demon. You mustn't let her take advantage of you. She's weak. She's nothing."
She cupped Ayla's face in her hands, forcing her to maintain eye contact.
"She's nothing. You're the one in control, not her. If you don't accept her power, she can't do anything."
Ayla's breath was heavy, her chest heaving as she struggled to look at Veronica.
"She won't be able to defeat me."
Tears began to fall, and her lips trembled:
"I won't hurt anyone again."
Veronica pulled her into a tight embrace:
"Good job, Ayla. Don't let the demon control you."
Behind Veronica's back, Ayla's expression shifted. A malicious smile spread across her face, and her red eyes glowed with an eerie light.
"Don't be afraid..." she whispered, her voice chilling.
"...my dear."
