Rigel gazed at the utterly beautiful place, the night sky seemed to touch the calm water and extend beyond it. Rigel felt incredibly small as he looked at that immensity.
Calypso also found the scene beautiful, standing silently beside him on the bow, even Jack, atop the mast, looked around quietly, a rare moment of calm for the restless monkey.
Unfortunately, Salazar couldn't see it, he refused to leave the coffin after his last 'adventure' with Jack.
Rigel couldn't help but chuckle softly at the thought, receiving a curious glance from Calypso, but in the end Rigel simply shook his head, keeping his eyes on the sea.
"We're speeding up." Calypso said.
"I noticed." Rigel nodded, Calypso's blessing particularly useful for sensing his movement on the sea.
Soon they saw World's End, literally, an endless waterfall in a vision of where it led.
Rigel felt no fear, nor did Calypso. Jormun moved slightly, but ultimately did not change course, continuing straight ahead, trusting Rigel completely.
Jack, on the other hand, was already screaming like a madman. He jumped onto Rigel's shoulder and pulled his shirt forcefully, pointing forward as if trying to see the 'blind' master see what he was seeing.
Rigel understood perfectly what the monkey was saying, he rolled his eyes and said. "If you're scared, go stay with Salazar, just don't fall off the ship."
There wasn't much to worry about, with Calypso there, Jack wouldn't get lost even if he fell.
Jack looked at Rigel as if he were crazy, but Rigel didn't need to be asked twice, Jack ran straight into their room, and Jormun was kind enough to open the door for him.
The monkey crawled into the coffin and wrapped the confused Salazar around itself, holding on tightly to the coffin's padding.
Salazar was very confused by this idiotic monkey, did he want to offer himself as food by wrapping he around him?
Rigel was unaware of Jack's movements, instead, he donned the Triton's Crown and secured himself to the ship.
What he saw when he put on the crown was completely different from before, there, at the end of the path, was a tremendous fluctuation of Divine power, very similar to the 'Nothingness' at the entrance to the fountain of youth, but a grey mist that seemed extremely dense.
At the moment Ragnarok began to fall, Rigel felt that energy starting to be drawn to the ship as it sank.
There was no visible end to the fall, but the moment the energy reached the saturation point, they were pulled to another location.
Rigel felt he could resist the pull with the power of the Crown, but he wouldn't, instead, he allowed himself to be drawn in.
The next moment, water, they were at the bottom of the sea, Ragnarok sinking while Rigel positioned himself, he waved his hand, controlling the sea and the ship itself to rise, he and Calypso went back inside as the ship rose rapidly.
With a burst of water, the ship rose forcefully above the water, Jormun didn't need a request, opening vents and letting the water flow rapidly out of it.
Rigel, looking around, saw land not far away, the blue sky, everything looked perfectly like the sea outside, but due to the power of the crown, he could see far beyond. Everything emitted that strange energy, this place was not the real world, it was a different dimension.
Rigel removed the crown, the Adventure Book had already opened before him by that point.

[Congratulations to the writer for discovering the Davy Jones' Locker and receiving the reward: "Genetic Awakening(Gold)"]
[Genetic Awakening]
[Rank: Gold]
[Type: Consumable - Potion]
[Effect: There is a 70% chance of awakening a random, dormant genetic ability in your genes.]
[Note that improved the potion has no side effects, but what it awakens will be completely random, possibly a magical change or simply a common physical mutation, such as visual acuity or enhanced immunity, the only certainty is that it will be beneficial.]
[Note also that the potion cannot be studied to create something similar, it is made of pure liquefied energy.]

Rigel stared at it for a long moment, not knowing what to say.
Well, he had expected something much better, the process of getting here was much more difficult than other locations he had docked at, although this potion wasn't useless, it was very random, there was no way of knowing what he would receive.
It wasn't even fit to be studied.
Rigel frowned slightly and looked at the adventure book, speaking. "Is this really the reward for getting here? Why does it seem so underwhelming? Even the Fountain of Youth gave a Platinum reward."
The book turned the page as the words appeared.
[This is due to the host himself, the actual process involved saving Jack Sparrow. The host came here on his own, the previous reward was, in fact, Platinum.]
Rigel's lips trembled, so it was his fault?
What did the book want him to do? Send Jack for a walk with the Kraken before coming here?
However, what was done was done, although it was a bit lackluster, it was better than nothing, he would save the potion for later, he didn't feel like drinking it now.
But while he was thinking, Calypso coughed slightly, drawing his attention.
"Rigel, I think I should tell you, there's a cute 'little' creature approaching, very quickly." Calypso suppressed a smile as she spoke.
Rigel was confused for a moment as he felt the water around him, then his eyes widened.
Well, he seemed to have forgotten something, if Davy Jones can summon the Kraken from anywhere, and the Kraken dragged Jack into Davy Jones' Locker, where did the Kraken live?
The answer left Rigel speechless for a moment.
"Fuck it!" Rigel managed to say after a tired sigh.
[A/N: I'm thinking of making an online roulette wheel with 7 options for possible genetic enhancements Rigel could have, plus 3 empty slots. Three of those would be magical, and the other 4 would be simple physical enhancements. I'll see what the wheel decides, I think it would be more realistic that way.]
[A/N²: Yes, Metamorphmagus will be among the options. You can suggest others if you wish.]
