Suddenly, Snape spoke in a low voice.
"Mr Sebastian."
"What exactly did that phrase you mentioned earlier mean?"
A nearly invisible smile appeared at the corner of Sean's mouth.
Exactly as expected.
"It means," Sean explained calmly, "that when someone reads enough books and gains enough experience, true refinement naturally becomes part of their character."
"But when someone possesses no knowledge at all while desperately pretending to be noble…"
Sean glanced coldly toward the older Slytherins squatting against the wall.
"Then they're merely rotten trash wrapped in gold."
Silence filled the common room.
Several older students looked furious, yet not one dared speak.
Snape remained expressionless for several seconds.
Then he finally nodded once.
"A stomach filled with knowledge creates true elegance…"
He repeated the phrase softly.
"Interesting."
Then Snape's gaze swept across every student present.
"Get some rest."
"I expect no one to be late tomorrow."
With that, Snape turned sharply and strode toward the exit.
"Professor Snape!"
Several older students immediately cried out desperately.
"Please help us!"
"Shut up."
Sean spoke only two words.
Instantly, the entire common room became silent again.
Sean nodded in satisfaction.
"Very good."
"Now then, let's continue today's lesson."
…
Time passed quickly.
By the time Sean finally looked up again, it was already one o'clock in the morning.
Even the older students were struggling to stay awake.
Yawns spread throughout the room continuously.
Only then did Sean finally close the book in his hand.
"That concludes tonight's class."
The entire common room instantly erupted with cheers.
"LONG LIVE!"
Several students nearly cried from happiness.
Unfortunately, Sean immediately smiled coldly.
"Don't celebrate too early."
"From today onward, I'll personally supervise Slytherin's education every evening."
"If anyone dares skip class…"
Sean slowly glanced toward Charlie.
The older prefect still couldn't properly close his enlarged front teeth.
Everyone instantly shivered.
Sean continued calmly:
"For tonight's homework, copy all the phrases I taught you one hundred times."
"And no magic."
"If I discover anyone cheating…"
He smiled gently.
"You already know the consequences."
Every student's face turned pale.
Then Sean casually added one final assignment:
"Also, each of you will raise two mice."
"The mice represent yourselves."
"There's only one requirement."
"Their bloodlines must remain absolutely pure."
"After one month, I expect a complete report from everyone."
"Understood?"
"…Understood."
The response sounded weak and lifeless.
Only then did Sean finally nod in satisfaction before returning toward his dormitory.
…
Lying in bed afterward, Sean quietly organised his thoughts.
"According to Hart, the insurance promotion should appear in tomorrow's Daily Prophet."
"So that side is already progressing."
"With Hart handling the wizarding world's finances, I don't need to worry too much for now."
"The real issue is still the system missions."
Sean frowned slightly.
"Winning the House Cup is even harder than I expected."
"These Slytherins are arrogant, emotionally unstable, and intellectually underdeveloped."
"Reforming them will take time."
"And honestly…"
Sean sighed softly.
"Their appearance is also a serious issue."
"Pure-blood inbreeding really is terrifying."
Then Sean thought about Dumbledore again.
"As long as Harry remains at Hogwarts, Dumbledore will naturally favour Gryffindor."
"I'll need enough influence to negotiate with him directly."
While thinking through countless plans, Sean gradually drifted to sleep.
…
Early the next morning, Sean woke naturally according to his usual biological clock.
Meanwhile, Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle were still sleeping soundly nearby.
Sean glanced at them thoughtfully.
"Looks like yesterday exhausted them."
"Perhaps they need a little motivation."
A dangerous smile slowly appeared on his face.
He raised his wand toward a decorative flowerpot nearby.
"Vera Verto."
The flowerpot instantly exploded into dozens of thick, brightly coloured snakes.
Each snake was nearly as thick as a human arm.
The three sleeping boys continued snoring peacefully.
Sean smiled warmly.
"Go wake up my lovely students."
The snakes obediently slithered away.
Several seconds later—
Terrified screams erupted throughout the entire Slytherin dormitory.
"AHHHHHHH!"
"THERE ARE SNAKES!"
"HELP!"
Some students ran directly into the corridors without even changing clothes.
Pure chaos instantly consumed Slytherin House.
Meanwhile, Sean calmly finished dressing himself before leisurely heading toward the Great Hall.
Behind him, Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle hurried after him with exhausted faces.
"Boss, wait for us!"
The three boys practically followed Sean like frightened bodyguards now.
Sean ignored them completely.
After entering the Great Hall, he calmly selected a seat at the Slytherin table.
Almost immediately, an owl swooped down carrying a newspaper.
It dropped the Daily Prophet directly before Sean.
The enormous headline covered nearly the entire front page.
"GRINGOTTS LIFE INSURANCE — PROTECTING YOUR FAMILY'S FUTURE!"
The advertisement style looked almost identical to cheap street marketing from Sean's previous life.
Then below it—
Was the emotional short story Sean had written.
At that moment, the system notification appeared again.
[Congratulations to the host for causing a sensation in the wizarding world.]
[Reward acquired: Mysterious Spell Fragment.]
[Mysterious Spell Fragments may be combined inside the Spell Analysis Chamber.]
[Two or more fragments are required to synthesise new spells.]
[Higher fragment counts increase the probability of obtaining high-quality magic.]
Sean raised an eyebrow slightly.
"So the insurance campaign really caused a major reaction."
Then he quietly considered the reward.
"At least two fragments are needed…"
"Not useful yet."
For now, Sean became more interested in the Daily Prophet itself.
The entire newspaper was alive.
Photographs moved naturally inside their frames.
Though unlike Hogwarts portraits, these images only repeated short loops rather than interacting with viewers directly.
