Jay's Pov
It was the day for the work trip and we are in car to the airport to catch our flight,
Keifer: "Here" he said handing me a mask,
Jay: "What is this for?"
Keifer: "For the Paparazzi"
Jay: "What? Paps follow you?"
Keifer: "Of course they do , I am Watson"
Jay: "But why do I have to hide"
Keifer: "Cause you are with me and as soon as they see us together they make their narratives"
Jay: "Fine" I said getting the mask from him,
Keifer: "Wait a minute"
Jay: "What now?"
Keifer: "What if we don't cover ourselves and go in low-key?"
Jay: "Why would we do that? Also we haven't given any news about our companies Merger yet."
Keifer: "That's exactly why"
Jay: "What?" I ask him confused
Keifer: "Now they don't know we business partners, and If we go out together from the same car and also travel together, then What will happen?"
Jay: "Well obviously they spread dating rumours or business merger sparks."
Keifer: "Exactly, that's what we need."
Jay: "Why?"
Keifer: "It is like hitting 2 goals with one,
First once the dating rumours spread I know for sure it will reach both of them and soon as the business rumours spread people will get interested in our company, I mean even strangers in social media will get intrigued because If I am being honest Both of us look attractive and together I don't think I have say."
He said it with a smirk
Jay: "Oh my God"
Keifer: "I know I have a mastermind." He said smirking again,
Jay: "More like evil."
Keifer: "You know it works." He said and I chuckled,
Jay: "what's the plan?"
Keifer: "So first I get out of the car followed by you and then I will take the bag from you and carry it and in the mean time paps will surround us and I will just guide by keeping my arms around you and making way for you and then we get inside and do a little bit of act, and board the plane."
Jay: "Okay, that's actually a good plan."
Keifer: try to act little flustered and blush a little also don't answer the Paps whatsoever."
Jay: "Done Done"
And we executed the plan exactly, He got down and acted like a gentleman and he held my waist while guiding me and I blushed a little just like we planned and went in.
Jay: "ufff, finally done."
Keifer: "Nope, we have to maintain untill we land."
Jay: "But Why?"
Keifer: "Beacause they insiders and might think this is fake. And also why are you sulking? When all you have to do is get boyfriend treatment from me?" He asked like I personally offended him,
Jay: "what you are doing is basic chivalry"
Keifer: "What you want me to do? Puller you closer and kiss you?" He said while pulling me closer by pullingmy hand. And my other one landed on his chest.
And everything stopped for a moment and i just looked into his eyes and so did he, I don't know why but while looking at him I remembered when I hugged him after he shared everything with me and then we heard the shutter click sound.
We immediately moved from eachother, and he stood behind my back was facing his front and then he leaned down towards my ears and said,
Keifer: "I think we got what we wanted but it is little above what we planned ."
I became flustered due to the proximity
Jay: "Tss.."
We boarded the flight quickly and the ride was good and we got down and I haven't told him about the full plan yet because I know he will not agree to it if I did,
Keifer: "So where is the car that is coming to pick us up?"
I give him a sneeky smile before replying,
Jay: "Yeah about that this isn't our destination."
Keifer: "Then?"
Jay: "We have to travel 1.5 hours more to reach there."
He huffed and said, "Fine, where is the car?"
Jay: "Yeah about that, there is no car directly going that place, we have to take the bus"
Keifer: "What??" He asked with pure shock and annoyance
Jay: "Yeah"
Keifer: "Why didn't you say this before?"
Jay: "You didn't ask" I said the safest answer
Keifer: "Really?"
Jay: "Come in it's not going to be that bad."
Then after finally convincing him, we took a cab to the bus station and finally boarded the bus and sat next to each other, he did show his faces while doing that, but we settled in and the journey started
Keifer: "Why do we have to travel all the way to this rural place, that too in a bus"
Jay: "Because these people have authentic craftsmanship and it is way better than any machine work or even handmade found in town"
Keifer: "How will you know the difference"
Jay: "I'll show you once we reach there "
