"Wait! …Can I come with you? I don't have anything to do and I still have some questions to ask you."
Ren didn't even take a second to answer, continued walking and replied with
"Yeah, you can come. Just follow me, I'm driving."
I followed Ren all way to his car and sat in the front passenger seat. Right when I closed the car door he started driving.
When did he get his drivers license? I didn't even know that he could drive. I turned my head only to see his face got serious all of a sudden.
"So what questions do you have for me?"
"Why…did you call the meeting a date?"
I stared at him while he kept his eyes on the road. It didn't take him long to decide on an answer
" I figured it'd be less suspicious. You know how Emma is."
He responded exactly how I thought he would… but what about this.
"Okay, but are you close with Amanda?"
"Not really, we just meet sometimes for business."
Oh really? Why the hell would she look at you like that than? This guy calls me dense but doesn't realize that a girl he's friends with likes him.
I sighed disappointedly as I looked to the right to my own window.
"We're here, do you want to come in with me?"
I bet his sister looks really cute based on how Ren adores her.
