The forest was already on fire.
Blue flames roared as the roars of Nomu could be heard. I didn't stop to take in the destruction as I flew as fast as I could towards the teachers. "Sasha, I want you to stay and help the teachers. I'm going to bring everyone out of the forest."
Sasha shouted her agreement over the wind before I touched down. Already, Tomura and his gang were fighting the teachers and students. "Oh, it's you again." His voice reached me as I set Sasha down.
She leaps over to Tiger's side, helping him wrangle one of the Nomu as I lock eyes with Magne and a lizard with a sword. "Guess we didn't beat you hard enough last time. You even brought some more friends to play."
I enjoy the face Tomura makes. I keep my eyes on him, but I'm more focused on Pixie-Bob, blood dripping from her head as she lies at Magne's feet. "Big words for such a small kid." Spinner, the lizard with the massive sword, sneered as I summoned Rasaka's fang.
Spinner scoffs upon seeing the blade, but I can tell Tomura recognizes it. "Don't let him cut you. I have other things to deal with." He warns before vanishing through a portal. The second he disappears, I shot forward, driving the dagger towards Magne as Spinner moves to intercept me.
Metal screeches as his blade nearly crushes me. I try to summon a fireball, only for Magne to blast me away using their giant magnet. I land next to Tiger and pivot, lunging for the Nomu instead. It swats at me, but I duck and drive the dagger into its side.
The lack of reaction creeps me out, but that's all the help I can give them before turning back on the others. Mandalay has Spinner occupied, so I rush for Magne, who levels the magnet at me again.
Making use of my meta knowledge, I send a wave of fire at them, forcing them to roll as I store the fang and create a flaming suit of armor around me as I charge them. They level the magnet again, but the suit keeps me from being thrown so far.
I then take to the air to keep harassing Magne as they're slowly pushed away from Pixie-Bob. Magne seems to notice this finally and tries to grab the hostage, but another wave of fire blocks their way as I scoop up Pixie.
I then send a flurry of fireballs towards Spinner to give Mandalay an opening as I land next to Tiger and Sasha, who've finished subduing the Nomu. I gently place Pixie down before burning the Nomu to ash. I then focus on healing Pixie as Tiger growls at me.
"Why did you kill it? We're heroes, not murderers!" He hissed as I threw another wave of fire to keep Magne away. "These things aren't alive. They won't stop until we are dead, or Tomura calls them off. There is no other way."
I could tell Tiger didn't like that, but he focused on the stirring Pixie-Bob as I handed her over. Seeing Mandalay still fighting, I move to help, but Desperation suddenly kicks into overdrive, and I throw up a massive flaming barrier as Dabi makes his presence known.
"Not bad, kid. I was wondering why they asked for help. I get it now, though." Dabi's voice reached me through the barrier. I ignored him and erected another Tiger, Sasha, and Pixie as I faced him.
"I'm guessing you're a double." Dabi doesn't answer, but I don't need him to. I unleash a wave of flames, which he counters, agitating me. I need to be in the forest, getting everyone out of there and away from Moonfish.
I pushed hard, the flames wreathing my wings dimmed slightly before blazing even brighter. Dabi let out a crazed laugh as he did the same, but I could already see his body falling apart. I gave one last push and incinerated the clone before turning on Spinner.
He cried out when the flames slammed into his back. I didn't kill him, but he'd suffer for a while. I then rushed and kicked his amalgam blade away before turning it to slag under his horrified gaze. "Stain would hunt people like you down. Regardless of what excuse you use. Be better." I said before getting launched away by Magne.
"I leave that one for you," I yell to Sasha and the Pussycats before taking off towards the forest. I first reach the forest not yet burning with blue flames and use my fire like a magnifying glass, burning away anything else the blue flames could consume before moving on.
I see the poison smoke dissipating already, so Kendo and Class B have done their part. Before I can hunt for Moonfish, Mandalay's panicked voice reaches me. "We can't contact Ragdoll, check on her, and the other teachers!"
I pivot midair and rush back. I spot the dust around Kota's cave and give my prayers to whatever's out there to help Izuku as I reach the main compound. Seeing another Dabi clone fighting Aizawa, I turn it to ash before rushing for Ragdoll's room.
I swear, seeing the broken-down door and rushing in to find Ragdoll gone. I rush back out and nearly slam into Aizawa, who'd followed me. "They took Ragdoll." I spit before he can say anything as he grimaces.
"I've beaten off a few clones already. Is everyone else safe?" He asks, and I shake my head.
"No, I've destroyed one Nomu, but three more are out in the forest. Two villains should also be incapacitated near the central area. I'm going into the forest to bring the others out."
Aizawa nods and heads back to the classroom to collect the few students and Vlad King, as I take to the air once more. I then take stock of what my options are. I've already killed one out of four Nomu; two of the villains are down, but the rest are uncounted for.
'I don't even know who they're after this time. It might still be Shoto and Bakugo, but I can't guarantee that since I'm certain AFO knows about me by now. Plus, I still have to figure out Toga, and find Twice and Dabi!'
I take a deep breath before rushing out of the building once more as I take to the air. I pass over Sasha and the Pussycats; a few more students have reached them, but so have a pair of Nomu.
They've got it for now, though, so I bank to the right when I spot a large iceberg slam into something. I race over to find Moonfish and Dark Shadow tearing into each other, and find Bakugo, Shoto, and a few others keeping their distance.
Making my choice, I cover myself with a heavy set of armor before tucking my wings in and diving down. Dark Shadow shrinks under the heat and light, giving me a straight shot at Moonfish as I slam into him, shattering all his teeth.
Before he can get back up, I tear off his mask before shattering his already regrowing teeth. I ignore his screams as I sear his gums shut before slamming his head back down into the earth, finally putting the monster down.
I look up to see Kirishima and the others, but not Shoto or Bakugo. "GET HIM, HE TOOK SHOTO AND BAKUGO!" I roar as I shoot a bolt of fire towards Mr. Compress's fleeing figure. I lead the charge as I burn a path through the forest.
Chasing after him, we run into two Ochacos grappling for a knife as a bleeding Tsuyu keeps her distance. "Izuku, deal with this! One is using her quirk to look like Ochaco!" I yell back as Mezo keeps pace with me.
I don't stay to watch as I stay on Compress' tail. He tries several times to shake me off. From launching boulders to calling in a fifth Nomu, it does nothing but agitate me as we burst through the trees.
I nearly stop in horror when I see the small army of Nomu being led by Tomura and two Dabi clones as Compress reaches them. "We tried to stop them, but they took those two villains back," Tiger grunts as I get between them and the Nomu.
"Hmph, not bad kid. I almost thought you'd get Compress for a second there, but you're too late." Tomura sneered as I felt the fire within me surge and bubble to the surface. Toga suddenly bursts from the bushes with Mezo, Izuku, Ochaco, and more behind her as they freeze seeing all the Nomu.
Tomura then holds his hand out to Compress, who then takes out the two marbles containing Shoto and Bakugo. "Looking for these? Don't worry, they'll be much happier with us than they were with you."
I then spot something that makes me grin, something that irks Tomura greatly. "What are you smiling for?" He snarls as I summon from my Gacha space the Quirk Amplification Device. His eyes widen when he realizes what I'm holding as he orders the Dabi clones to burn us to death, only for nothing to happen.
"ERASER HEAD!" Tomura shrieks in rage as I charge, the bulk of the Aegis Pattern Terminator Armor forming around me as I slam into the first line of Nomu. Tomura orders them with audible hate as they swarm me.
I can't help but taunt Tomura as their attack does nothing but damage them. "Is this the best you can do? What happened to killing All Might? Was that one this weak, too?" Tomura grinds his teeth as Spinner and Magne rejoin the fight.
The Pussycats lead the students against them as another Dabi emerges from the trees. "Tomura, it's time to go." He says as he drags an unconscious Twice behind him. "Not until he's dead!" Tomura snarls, jabbing a finger at me.
I ignore them as I burn two Nomu trying to get past me to ash as another bites down on my arm. I punch it off before stomping on its head as a portal swirls into being and Kurogiri emerges.
"We must leave, the Master is calling." Not if I can help it.
I break free from the Nomu and lunge at Compress. He briefly panics seeing the bulky armor bearing down on him, but another portal snaps open, and something punches me back. "You were saying?" I hear Tomura's grin behind that edgy mask of his as I see the USJ Nomu stomp out of the portal.
I then laugh, something they didn't expect, until I lift something, one of the two marbles holding either Shoto or Bakugo. Compress looks angry, though it's hard to tell with his mask, that I've stolen it. Tomura stops him from moving. "Show him his prize."
Suddenly, Shoto is being held by my throat as I quickly let him go, and he falls, gasping for air. Dabi glares at Shoto for a moment before tossing Twice into a portal, and he and Toga follow. "Now, Tomura. Leave them to their games; we have more things to deal with."
"Run along, Tomura. Your Master is waiting. Tell him that once I'm done with this thing," I gesture towards the hulking Nomu, "That's he's next." Tomura and Kurogiri look very doubtful of that, but leave regardless before giving the Nomu its orders.
"Kill everything that moves. Every hero, and every student."
It doesn't wait for the portal to close before appearing in front of me. Even with the QAD( Quick Application Device), this is still something that was made to kill the Symbol of Peace. I duck under its first swing but get caught with a backhand that sends me flying.
"Shoto, Pixie-Bob, keep it still so I can burn it to ash!" I yell as they get into position. I can see Nomu's eyes tracking them, and all the other students as they move to a safe distance. I don't give it a chance to do anything else as I slam into it.
I'm able to briefly pin it before it hurls me off, and the earth rises to hold it. A slab of ice then slams into it and starts freezing its arm solid. Before I can move in to shatter it, the Nomu itself does so as its arm regenerates a few moments later.
'Crap, it got smarter. We won't be able to fool it a second time as we did at the USJ.'
Shoto notices, and he and Pixie start planning as I form a massive fireball before slamming it onto the Nomu. It gets away with a few singes that quickly heal as I descend like a meteor. It takes the blow, and we start hammering away at each other like crazy.
Despite using both the QAD and covering myself in Terminator Armor, Desperation gives me the massive boost needed to trade blows with this monster. Even then, I can feel both my body and the device around my head start to heat up, and I grit my teeth.
"Micah! Disengage now!" I hear Mandalay's voice, and I sucker punch the Nomu before leaping back as the Nomu flinches. Shoto and Pixie attack it again as I spot Aizawa coming out of the bushes, his goggles on and locked onto the monster before us.
I then rush the Nomu a second later. It frees one of its arms from the ice, and I can tell it's healing at a much slower rate, so this time I go for its head. Gripping its skull with both hands, I unleash every ounce of flame I can muster to try to cook its brain.
The Nomu finally reaches, roaring in pain as it tries to try and shake me. Shoto and Pixie don't let it, as the ice and earth wrap tightly around it. I can see it start to slow as it cooks from the inside, but before I can finish it, a stab of pain breaks my concentration as the QAD starts to fail.
The Nomu takes that brief moment to break free and slam me to the ground with its one good arm as it starts to strangle me, just like last time. I push through the pain, though, screaming in rage and fear as I summon Rasaka's Fang and start stabbing the Nomu again and again.
I can feel its grip loosen a hair, giving me a bit of air as I detonate the Terminator Armor. I nearly pass out as the QAD sends more bolts of pain into my skull, and I rip it off as I stare down the still-standing Nomu.
Even now, burned to a crisp and missing an arm and poisoned, it still keeps moving forward. I notice that its eyes also look more intelligent than before, as if something else is watching. I get right in its face, ignoring the danger as I look into its eyes.
"I'm coming for you, All For One. If it's the last thing I do." I then stab Rasaka's Fang into the Nomu's exposed brain, sinking the blade all the way to the hilt as the Nomu jerks one final time before going still.
