Theon pulled the car into the driveway and turned off the engine. He sat in the silence for a moment, his hands resting on the steering wheel. His day had been long, and he could feel the weariness in his bones. Then he picked up his phone from the passenger seat and scrolled to Apollo's number. He pressed call.
Apollo picked up on the first ring.
"How is Ares?" Theon asked.
"He is okay, Beta."
"Still at the birthday party?"
"No, sir. Young master insisted we take him to another party in Silvermoon pack."
"What?!" He gasped. "What bloody party?"
"It's a Frat Party."
"Isn't he already wasted from Alpha Marcus party?"
"No. His eyes are as clear as day. We are almost at the location."
Theon heaved a deep sigh. He was aware of how persistent Ares could be if he wanted something. And there was no way the guards would have refused him.
"Please keep an eye on him. Don't ever agree to stay outside the party even if he insists. This is an order, Apollo."
