I blinked in shock, staring at Cat. My lips parted to say something, but she disappeared.
"Hey. Let's go to the cafeteria!" Elowen suggested.
[Yes, once we're there, I'll send her on errands. She thinks she can cross me and still keep her head high?]
My eyes dimmed when I heard her thoughts.
Then I turned to the four beastmen.
I can't believe I didn't believed them and had instead fallen for a trick.
Although I couldn't remember the memories I had lost, I would make it up to them.
"Join us for lunch too," I suggested.
Elowen's smile immediately fell.
"What do you mean? We shouldn't invite people who lied to you to eat with us," she said, looking at me with pleading eyes.
[If they come, my plan will be ruined.]
Hearing her thoughts, my lips twitched.
I shook her hand off my arm. She stared at me in anger for a moment before quickly composing herself.
"Will you guys come with us?" I asked.
"Yes," they said in unison.
[I want to spend time with Master.]
