Chapter: The Pillar of Friendship

Despite their hard work, sincere prayers, and the blessings of their elders, a quiet tension had begun to grow in the hearts of the three friends—Ina, Meena, and Dika. Their examinations were approaching fast, and along with it came another wave of thoughts.

"Our exams are so near…"

"Our parents are already planning our marriages…"

These thoughts circled in their minds, bringing both excitement and uneasiness.

One fine morning, after completing their exercise, the three sat in the garden with Dika's father. The air was calm, and the soft sunlight touched the green leaves around them. Holding their energy drinks, they listened quietly as he began to speak—his voice filled with love and wisdom.

"Listen, my dear children," he said gently. "To us, you are still kids. But as parents, we are planning your futures. We want you to marry partners who are intelligent, kind-hearted, hardworking, and from good families."

The girls exchanged silent glances, listening carefully.

"But remember one thing," he continued, his tone becoming firm yet caring. "Your behavior must never change after marriage. Respect your new families. Live a genuine life. Continue helping the poor, just as you do now."

He paused, then smiled proudly.

"You have already started something beautiful—your scholarships, your support for students. One day, you must expand it across the world. Your education will guide you in managing everything."

Then his voice grew deeper with emotion.

"Your friendship… is your greatest strength. It is your pillar. It must never shake. No matter what happens—no anger, no misunderstanding should break it."

The three girls felt a warmth in their hearts.

"If one of you becomes angry, the other two must calm her. If all three lose patience… then we elders will step in," he said with a soft laugh. "This is how life should be lived—with balance, love, and patience."

Ina, Meena, and Dika smiled, their eyes shining.

"Uncle," Meena said softly, "whenever we have doubts, we will come to you. If we face problems in marriage, we will seek your guidance. You must always be there for us."

Dika's father nodded reassuringly. "I will always be there. Even after marriage, even if you move to your own homes, your bond will keep you close."

That morning became a memory they would cherish forever.

Later, they all went inside and prepared breakfast together. Even the maids and helpers, who had quietly listened, were deeply touched.

"Sir," one of them said to Dika's father, "these girls are not just friends—they are like sisters. Their character, their kindness, their way of speaking… we have learned so much from them."

The girls smiled humbly as gratitude filled the room.

After breakfast, they returned to their studies. Time was moving fast.

The next day, they received a call from Ina's father.

"All the best, my daughters," he said warmly. "Study well. Write neatly. Don't skip any questions. Check your hall ticket numbers carefully. Stay focused—this is important for your future."

"We will follow everything, Uncle," they replied confidently.

Soon, the day of the examination arrived.

Dressed neatly and carrying determination in their hearts, the three friends reached their college. The first exam was a language paper. As they entered the hall, they took a deep breath and began writing.

Outside, Dika's father waited patiently for three hours, just to support them.

During a short break, the girls came out, refreshed themselves, and met him.

"We are writing well, Uncle!" Ina said happily.

He handed them cold drinks and smiled. "Stay calm. Answer every question. This is not just an exam—it's a step toward your future."

The bell rang again. With renewed confidence, they returned inside for Part B.

Hours later, the exam ended.

The three friends came out, their faces glowing with satisfaction. They discussed the question paper with Dika's father, who listened carefully and smiled with pride.

"Almost everything is correct," he said. "I'm very happy."

They spent some time talking near the examination hall, then had lunch together at a nearby hotel before returning home.

That night, as they rested, one thought stayed strong in their hearts—

No matter what challenges life brings—exams, marriage, or responsibilities—their friendship would remain unbreakable.
