The construction of Ina, Mina, and Rita's building in Ramnagar was progressing beautifully. It was located near the magnificent Ramnagar Fort, and from the top floor of their house, they could clearly see the fort standing proudly across from Tulsi Gate.
The view from their home was breathtaking. The vast and serene Ganges River flowed gracefully nearby, visible in its full glory from their terrace. It was truly a dream location.
The construction work was expected to be completed within 15 to 20 days, which brought immense joy to everyone. This exciting news was shared with Vika and Dika's father, as well as Ina and Mina's families. Naturally, all of them were eager to visit and see the house as soon as possible.
However, there was still one month left for their examinations. So, for now, they focused seriously on their studies, preparing themselves with dedication. At the same time, they were thrilled at the thought of soon returning to India and witnessing their dream home.
Meanwhile, the college organized a grand celebration for all students, as exams were approaching. The event took place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., ending with a special lunch. It included dance performances, drama, and musical programs.
Ina, known for her melodious voice, participated in the singing program, while Mina and Dika showcased their talent in dance. The program began with a vibrant tribal dance performance by Mina and Dika, joined by four other students. Together, the six of them delivered one of the most outstanding performances of the event.
After a few more performances by other students, it was Ina's turn. She sang two to three songs, but one of them stood out and captured everyone's hearts. Her performance became one of the highlights of the entire program.
At the end of the event, Ina, Mina, and Rita were honored with mementos. The principal and the dean personally appreciated them and invited them on stage to receive their awards. It was a proud and unforgettable moment for all three.
After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed a grand lunch featuring French, Italian, and Indian cuisines. The students had a wonderful time celebrating together.
Later that evening, the three friends returned home and excitedly shared their experiences with their parents over the phone. They spoke about the amazing program, their performances, and the appreciation they received from the college authorities.
Although they were happy, they also admitted feeling a little nervous about their upcoming exams. Their parents lovingly reassured them, saying, "There is no need to worry. Have faith in God, work hard, and your efforts will surely bring good results."
Hearing this, they felt encouraged and motivated.
Dina's father was especially proud. After hearing about their achievements, he happily called Ina and Mina's parents and shared the news of their success and recognition in college.
Thus, the day ended on a joyful and fulfilling note.
The next day, when they went to college, the dean called them to his office and asked about their future plans.
"Are you planning to continue your studies at University of Chicago?" he asked.
They replied respectfully, "Yes, sir, we are interested. But our parents want us to return to India after the exams. We are not sure, but they might be planning our marriages."
The dean smiled and said warmly, "That's wonderful. Enjoy your life, whatever path you choose." He blessed them and encouraged them for their future.
After attending their remaining practical classes, they returned home. From the next day onward, they were given holidays to prepare for their exams.
Now, only 20 days remained.
And with dreams in their hearts, responsibilities ahead, and a future waiting to unfold, they began their final preparation.
