Chapter 14 - 14 chapter

The three friends planned their future carefully and began investing in real estate. Each of them decided to construct a separate building on 600 square yards, along with additional space for a front garden and a kitchen garden at the back. Apart from this, they reserved nearly 1,400 square yards for open spaces in the front and back areas.

They sent the required funds to Inamena's father and requested him to oversee the construction work. He agreed and took full responsibility for managing the project. Soon, the construction of all three buildings began, along with the development of gardens. Skilled workers were appointed to plant trees and maintain the kitchen gardens for each house.

In addition, they purchased 6,000 square yards of land for building a farmhouse. All payments were completed on time, and the work progressed smoothly. The entire area was planned efficiently, including spaces for gardens, kitchen gardens, and car sheds.

One day, Inamena's father called them and shared a detailed update. He informed them that the land had been successfully purchased, the payments were completed, and the construction work had already started. He also mentioned that 8 to 10 workers had been appointed to take care of gardening and plantation work.

Meanwhile, the three friends continued focusing on their studies, as they were in the final year of their master's program at the Chicago University of Management. Despite their busy academic schedule, they managed their growing business responsibilities efficiently. They regularly handled franchise operations, payments, and coordination with staff both in India and abroad.

In the United States as well, they successfully opened five to eight franchises, all of which were running profitably. The income generated every month was partly used to fund the construction projects in Varanasi.

With each passing day, their hard work and dedication brought them greater success. They became well-known not only in their college but also across India. Their brand, Inaminaika Franchises, expanded steadily and earned a good reputation.

Beyond business, they also focused on social responsibility. Every year, they supported more than 200 students by providing scholarships and stipends for higher education. They ensured that deserving students, especially those with first-class marks, received financial support. Their contributions were made with honesty, discipline, and commitment.

Above all, they remained humble and spiritually grounded. They believed in God, prayed regularly, and sought blessings for success. Along with faith, they continued to work hard and build a bright future for themselves and others.
